Leonhard Hess Stejneger (30 Oktober 1851 – 28 Februari 1943) adalah seorang zoolog, herpetolog dan ornitolog asal Amerika kelahiran Norwegia. Stejneger ahli dalam studi sejarah alam vertebrata. Ia mendapat reputasi paling terkenalnya melalui penelitiannya tentang reptil dan amfibi.[1]
