Elizabeth Gurley Flynn (7 Agustus 1890 – 5 September 1964) adalah seorang pemimpin buruh, aktivis dan feminis yang memainkan peran utama dalam Industrial Workers of the World (IWW). Flynn adalah anggota pendiri American Civil Liberties Union dan pejuang hak wanita, pengendalian kelahiran dan hak suara wanita. Ia bergabung dengan Partai Komunis Amerika Serikat pada 1936 dan ia menjadi ketuanya pada 1961. Ia meninggal saat mengunjungi Uni Soviet, dimana ia menerima pemakaman negara dengan prosesi di Lapangan Merah yang dihadiri oleh lebih dari 25.000 orang.[1]
