Óc Eo (bahasa Prancis, dari bahasa Khmer: អូរកែវ, O Keo, "Bendungan Kaca") adalah sebuah situs arkeologi di Distrik Thoại Sơn, selatan Provinsi An Giang, Vietnam, di Delta Sungai Mekong. Situs tersebut juga merupakan salah satu komune di Vietnam pada masa sekarang. Óc Eo merupakan pelabuhan sibuk kerajaan Funan antara abad ke-1 dan ke-7. Para sarjana menggunakan istilah "Budaya Óc Eo" untuk merujuk kepada budaya material kuno dari kawasan Delata Mekong yang khas akan artefak-artefak yang diangkat di Óc Eo melalui penyelidikan arkeologi.
