^Teams from Palestine play their home matches against teams from Lebanon and Syria on neutral venues due to the refusal of the governments of Lebanon and Syria to allow their citizens to pass through Israeli-controlled crossings into the Palestinian territories.

^ 4.004.014.024.034.044.054.064.074.084.094.104.114.124.134.144.154.164.174.184.194.204.214.224.234.24On 9 July 2020, AFC announced schedule for 2020 AFC Cup group stage.[5][6] On 30 July 2020, AFC announced that the matches in Group F will take place at the Thống Nhất Stadium in Ho Chi Minh City while the Group G ties will be staged in Quang Ninh’s Cẩm Phả Stadium. Plus, AFC had earlier confirmed Maldives as the centralised venue for the South Zone matches in Group E which will take place from 23 October to 4 November 2020.[7] On 5 August 2020, AFC announced that Bahrain, Kuwait and Jordan had been confirmed as the host for the 2020 AFC Cup West Zone matches in Groups A, B and C respectively.[8]
