金牛座DL
金牛座DL位於星座金牛座,是一顆主序前星的年輕金牛T星,距離地球大約7002522000000000000♠522 光年,屬於金牛座分子雲的成員。它部分被富含一氧化碳的前景氣體雲遮蔽[4],並且仍在吸積質量,由於吸積能量的釋放而產生0.14 L☉[3]。恆星光譜顯示了電離氧、氮、硫和鐵的譜線[3]。
原行星盤
恆星被一個巨大的,約(0.029+0.003 − M☉)原行星盤環繞著[7],它粗大但相對扁平,富含大顆粒,呈現顯著的演化狀態。在如此巨大的質量下,圓盤可能會形成一顆棕矮星。圓盤半徑約100AU,但來自恆星的引力可能使其邊緣處於不穩定的狀態[7]。磁碟有多個塵埃環與解析度差的間隙[8]。
疑似行星伴星
天體2MASS J04333960+2520420,在2008年被命名為DL Tau/cc1,是一顆疑似超級木星的行星,質量約為12MJ,在金牛座DL周圍的可能約束軌道上。這個天體要麼是一顆次棕矮星,要麼是一顆低質量的棕矮星,甚至是一顆低質量的超冷紅矮星。對年輕的恆星系統來說,如果被吸積盤強烈遮蔽並不罕見[6]。
