《血红溅白纱》（英語：He Knows You're Alone）是一部于1980年上映的美国砍杀电影，导演是阿曼德·马斯图瑞安（英语：Armand Mastroianni），编剧是斯科特·帕克（Scott Parker），主演有凯特琳·奥希尼（英语：Caitlin O'Heaney）、唐·斯卡蒂诺（英语：Don Scardino）、伊丽莎白·坎普（英语：Elizabeth Kemp）、汤姆·罗尔芬（Tom Rolfing）和汤姆·汉克斯。故事讲述的是一位准新娘在婚礼前的周末被杀手跟踪。

本剧1979年在史泰登岛拍摄，被认为是一部受月光光心慌慌（1978）启发而拍摄的恐怖电影，与之前的大片有很多相似之处。
