细鞘丝藻属(学名:Leptolyngbya)也称瘦鞘丝藻属,为细鞘丝藻科的一属蓝藻。此属的模式种为鲍氏细鞘丝藻(Leptolyngbya boryana)[1]。
分类
细鞘丝藻属于1988年建立,最初归类于颤藻目[1]。2005年被归入假鱼腥藻目(Synechococcales)假鱼腥藻科(Pseudanabaenaceae)[2]。2007年依据细鞘丝藻的类囊体排列与发育模式,将其重新归类到聚球藻目(Chroococcales)假鱼腥藻科[3]。
2014年将细鞘丝藻属从假鱼腥藻科分离出来,成立了独立的细鞘丝藻科(Leptolyngbyaceae),该科包括细鞘丝藻属等多个属[4]。
形态特征
细鞘丝藻属的藻丝极为细小,宽度一般在1-2 µm,并被单独的鞘包裹。藻丝通常附着于基质上,末端通常不呈渐尖状,很少具有假分枝[5]。
