尼爾·柏德烈·夏里斯（英語：Neil Patrick Harris，1973年6月15日—），美國男演員、歌手及業餘魔術師。
成名作為電視劇《天才小醫生》（Doogie Howser, M.D.），於電影《豬頭漢堡包》（Harold and Kumar Go to White Castle）系列中有出色的演出。於2010年客串了一集《歡樂合唱團》，更憑該次演出獲艾美獎最佳男嘉賓奖。曾於2005年至2014年期間在《老爸老妈的浪漫史》中飾演巴尼·史廷森。
曾於2009年在第82屆奧斯卡金像獎上表演歌舞，在2009年、2011年、2012年與2013年擔任美國東尼獎主持人，及2009年擔任第61屆黃金時段艾美獎和2013擔任第65屆黃金時段艾美獎主持人，亦是2015年第87屆奧斯卡金像獎的主持人。

2011年9月，尼爾和老公柏卡在一起。
尼爾是已出櫃的同性戀者[2]，伴侶為演員兼廚師大衛·柏卡[3]。
2011年6月24日，纽约州将同性婚姻合法化之后，尼爾·派屈克·哈里斯在推特上宣布向大衛·柏卡求婚并成功。2014年9月8日，哈里斯在Twitter上公佈，他與柏卡兩人已在意大利舉行婚禮。
尼爾很喜歡魔術，亦是荷里活魔術城堡的董事之一[4]。
