This template for use on talk pages (and comparable pages, such as noticeboards) to show clearly that a discussion or section thereof is off-topic, so that later editors can skip over it if they want to.
Usage
You may either use {{Off-topic talk}} by itself for the default message, or you may customize with optional parameters.
First unnamed parameter, a.k.a. |1=, |reason=, or |note=: {{Off-topic talk|reason=Inter-personal disputes belong in user talk or at a noticeboard; this talk page is for improving the article.}}
