Sedum formosanum[1] är en fetbladsväxtart som beskrevs av Nicholas Edward Brown. Sedum formosanum ingår i Fetknoppssläktet som ingår i familjen fetbladsväxter.[2][3] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[2]
- A green annual fleshy herb; stems tufted, 10–15 cm high, erect, rather stout, densely leaved, branching dichotomously or trichotomously.
- Leaves alternate, occasionally opposite, spathulate to obovate, 10–15 mm long, 8–12 mm broad, broadly rounded at apex, obtuse to cuneate at base.
- Cymes rather large, 5–8 cm across, many-flowered. Flowers sessile, about 1 cm across, yellow; bracts leaf-like; sepals 5, unequal in length, linear-lanceolate, 2–3 mm long, obtuse at apex; petals 5, narrowly lanceolate, acuminate at apex, 6–7 mm long, yellow; stamens 10, shorter than the petals, anthers yellow; carpels 5, erect when mature, broadly lanceolate, 5–6 mm long, shortly acuminate at apex, terminated by a style about 1 mm long.Seeds many, oblong, 0.4 mm long.
