Luc Charles Tartar (1946)[2] é um matemático francês. Trabalha com equações diferenciais parciais.
Em 1990 foi palestrante convidado (Invited Speaker) no Congresso Internacional de Matemáticos em Quioto (H-measures and applications).[3]
