Abstrak ___________________________________________________________________ Pelaksanaan UKS (Usaha Kesehatan Sekolah) sangatlah penting dan harus dijalankan dengan baik di sekolah karena kesehatan merupakan unsur yang sangat penting, terutama pada peserta didik di sekolah dan harus menjadi perhatian. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk deskripsikan fungsi manajemen pada program UKS. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Mei-Juni 2018. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Informan penelitian terdiri dari 7 informan yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perencanaan yang dilakukan tidak berpedoman pada hasil monitoring dan evaluasi. Pengorganisasian masih terpusat pada koordinator UKS karena belum terdapat SOP maupun tupoksi. Penggerakan sudah dilaksanakan sesuai kebutuhan namun berjalan dengan optimal. Fungsi penilaian sudah berjalan sesuai dengan pedoman namun masih hanya terbatas pada pemantauan berjalan tidaknya program UKS di sekolah, sedangkan kualitas kinerja yang dilakukan belum pernah dinilai. Simpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu pelaksanaan fungsi manajemen UKS di SMP Negeri 2 Windusari sudah berjalan namun belum optimal. Abstract ___________________________________________________________________ The implementation of UKS (School Health Effort) Program is very important and must be carried out well in school because health is a very important element, especially for students in school and must be a concern. Tthis study purposed to describe management functions in the UKS program. This research was conducted in June-July 2018. This type of research was descriptive qualitative. The research informants consisted of 7 informants selected by purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used interviews and observation. The results of the study showed that the planning carried out was not guided by the results of monitoring and evaluation. Organizing was still focused on the UKS coordinator because there were no SOP or instruction. Acting had been carried out as needed but ran optimally. The controlling function had been carried out in accordance with the guidelines but was still limited to monitoring the running of the UKS program in schools, while the quality of the performance carried out had never been assessed. The conclusions showed that the implementation of the UKS management function at Junior High School 2 Windusari had been running but not optimal.
