Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lokasi dan servicescape terhadap minat menginap konsumen Pohon Inn Hotel. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 150 responden yang pernah menginap di Pohon Inn Hotel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan lokasi dan servicescape berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan menginap Pohon Inn Hotel serta faktor lokasi menjadi yang dominan mempengaruhi keputusan menginap Pohon Inn Hotel. Diskusi lebih lanjut mengenai hasil penelitian dapat dilihat dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci:Lokasi, Servicescape, Keputusan menginap.This research aims to find out the impact of location and servicescape on staying decision. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 150 respondents that had stayed at Pohon Inn Hotel. The results of the study show that location and servicescape positively affect staying decision in Pohon Inn Hotel and also the location factor becomes the dominant influence of staying decision in Pohon Inn Hotel.
