イスラエル・シーガル(Israel Michael Sigal, 1945年8月31日 - )[1]は、数理物理学を専門とするカナダの数学者である。トロント大学数学科教授を務める。

1990年に京都で行われた国際数学者会議[2]、1979年にローザンヌ、1981年にベルリン、1986年にマルセイユで行われた世界数理物理学大会で招待講演を行った。

ウクライナ・ソビエト社会主義共和国のキエフで生まれ[1]、ゴーリキー大学で学士号、テルアビブ大学で博士号を取得した[3]。

量子物理学の偏微分方程式、量子力学及び量子情報理論、量子場理論、統計力学、非線形方程式、数理生物学、パターン認識等を専門とする[4]。
