Chris Reifert (Concord, 23 febbraio 1969) è un batterista statunitense di genere metal, fondatore del gruppo death metal Autopsy. Suonò nel disco d'esordio dei Death Scream Bloody Gore.

Lasciati i Death, Reifert si trasferì a San Francisco e vi fondò nel 1988 gli Autopsy. Il gruppo si sciolse nel 1995 e Reifert si unì insieme a Danny Coralles ai Abscess. Chris Reifert partecipò anche a vari progetti con The Ravenous, Doomed e Eat My Fuk.
