Foyle (irlandais : An Feabhal, Ulster Scots: Foyle) est une circonscription de l'Assemblée d'Irlande du Nord.

Le siège a été utilisé pour la première fois pour une élection en Irlande du Nord uniquement pour le Forum d'Irlande du Nord en 1996. Depuis 1998, il a élu des membres à l'Assemblée actuelle.

Pour les élections à l'Assemblée avant 1996, la circonscription faisait largement partie de la circonscription de Londonderry. Depuis 1997, il partage les limites avec la circonscription du Parlement britannique de Foyle.
