La dTMP kinase, ou thymidylate kinase, est une phosphotransférase qui catalyse la réaction :

ATP + dTMP    ADP + dTDP.

Cette enzyme intervient dans la synthèse de novo du dTTP, indispensable à la réparation et la réplication de l'ADN.
