Xingye Donglu station (simplified Chinese: 兴业东路站; traditional Chinese: 興業東路站; pinyin: Xīngyè Dōnglù Zhàn; Jyutping: Hing^1yip^6 Dung^1lou^6 Zaam^6) is a station on Line 3 of Foshan Metro, located in Foshan's Nanhai District.[1] It opened on August 23, 2024.[2][3]

History

When Line 3 was approved in 2012, this station was not included.[4] In 2015, the planning of Line 3 was changed, and this station was added to the line, known then as Xingye Lu.[5] In 2022 the station name was adjusted to Xingye Donglu.

The station officially started construction on December 17, 2016,[6] completed the pouring of the first base plate on April 30, 2019,[7] and the main structure was capped on April 27, 2021.[8]

The station has an island platform under East Xingye Road.[1]
