Proposal to merge {{subst:uw-vandalism1}} with {{subst:uw-disruptive1}}Just a quick heads up, a proposal to merge Template:uw-vandalism1 with Template:uw-disruptive1 is ongoing at Wikipedia:Templates for discussion/Log/2020 November 26#Template:Uw-disruptive1. Opal|zukor(discuss) 17:34, 3 December 2020 (UTC) Can you please disable "Vandalism-only account, promotion-only account, and compromised account" when you are reporting IP addresses?@Asartea: Can you please disable "Vandalism-only account, promotion-only account, and compromised account" when you are reporting IP addresses? Apart from these making no sense, they are also confusing to patrollers. Twinkle has these disabled for IP addresses. 4thfile4thrank (talk) 19:52, 3 December 2020 (UTC)
Toolforge vs gadgetI know I brought this topic up already, but given the recent gadget proposal, I figure some bother could be saved by turning the script into a Toolforge tool. Correct me if I'm wrong, but RedWarn basically replaces the whole screen/Wikipedia interface with its own interface, right? (Or that's just the Recent Changes part?) In that case, there's no need for RedWarn (or the RC part) to be a user script, since the original Wikipedia interface is unnecessary, and it could just be a tool. One advantage: users wouldn't even have to install anything anymore; they'd just navigate directly to the tool page (and log in with OAuth, but that'd be a one-time thing). Revert Vandalism and warn userOnce I revert vandalism, there should be a menu that asks me which warning I should give and it auto gives the warning instead of me having to go through and create the page and then add the template which is tedious. TigerScientist (talk) 00:38, 17 December 2020 (UTC)
Ok thank you TenryuuΒ π² and I know this is off topic but how do you change your username's color? TigerScientist (talk) 00:43, 17 December 2020 (UTC)

I recently got introduced to your tool and it's awesome. We are using Twinkle in Fawiki (Persian) to fight vandalism, but i thought that having additional tool like RedWarn would be great for our CV-unit editors. I also found your tool good enough for that purpose! But i have some questions:
Unfortunately, i'm not an expert in coding and maintaining gadgets and tools, but i can ask for other expert users' help locally. For example, i asked one experienced user to take a look at the tool. Then he said that he couldn't find speedyDeleteReasons.js (and other scripts) which he thinks we need to translate. Any helps or guides would be appreciated. Regards. --Jeeputer (talk) 07:43, 30 December 2020 (UTC)
