Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You could also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. Continuing to remove maintenance templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Mylai D Tenner, without resolving the problem that the template refers to may be considered disruptive editing. Unfortunately, neither of those references can be used to claim notability. The first is a blog published by the subject himself; that is not a secondary source. The second link is a speaker-matching service that doesn't so much cover Tenner as much as advertise him. This gentleman is very obviously not notable in encyclopedic terms, and the article could be seen variously as a resumé, a blog or as an advertisement.
