A request

I recently had to take it upon myself to revert vandalism done to the page Second ladies and gentlemen of the United States (hyperlinked for easy access). I did my utmost to revert it properly. However, this is not all. Examining the block log, I found that this same user had previously tried to cause disruption, and was blocked for it, only to cause disruption again as soon as it was lifted (that includes the aforementioned disruptive edits that I referred to). I think it would be best to impose a more long-term block in consequence of this; however, I will have to request you to take this responsibility upon yourself, as I am an inexperienced user and do not have the power to block other users. Questions about a block

Hi, Widr. Back in August 2021 you reverted the posting of an unblock request by a blocked editor at User talk:GTA Is So Good, and removed talk page access. You gave no explanation as to why you did either of those, and I am at a loss to understand it. As far as I can see, there was an unblock request which, while not a good one, appeared to be made in good faith. This has come to my attention as a result of an unblock request now posted at UTRS. Tow questions: can you explain the reason for removing talk page access, and, whatever the reason, would you object to talk page access being restored to allow an unblock request there now? As you should realize from the account's page move vandalism, that's an obvious LTA or some copycat. Should have had the talk page access revoked on sight by the original blocking admin. Widr (talk) 23:03, 10 February 2023 (UTC)

Question

Hey, thanks for blocking 2A01:C22:A51F:3300:8960:EE84:AD26:2AB1 (talk · contribs). Did you block a range or something (i am not smart enough for any technical stuff)? Because this adress (and many many more) are from a blocked user Charli 250 (talk · contribs) who is blocked globally (all summarized here at de.wiki).
