Then, after years, his father changed surname from LIEBLING to POLANSKI (he did is on a request from his second wife - therefore Roman could not be born as a Polanski). I am 100% sure.

The Falkland Islands have been usurped, are in Argentine territory by more than Britain says otherwise. Besides Falklands are also other states under the British colony. The English people are not to blame but if its most senior officials. Are and will Argentinas. I'm a newbie so the article is also my sandbox, and I was just trying some stuff out for a tutorial I'm creating for my students. Anyway, thanks for catching those things. 174.251.0.191 (talk) 22:45, 14 March 2013 (UTC)aschuet1

My Alleged Lady Gaga "Vandalisms"Hello, you undid several of my contributions to the Judas and You and I pages. These edits are in fact constructive and not intended to vandalize, but to improve the readability and coherency of those pages (and all of the Lady Gaga singles pages). I have gone through and edited the Writers portions. It makes no sense to me that both Lady Gaga and RedOne are referred to by their birth names under the Writers block, yet are credited as "Lady Gaga" and "RedOne" under the Producers portion. Nobody knows them as Stefani Germanotta and Nadir Khayat, they are known as Lady Gaga and RedOne respectively. It is for that reason that I've gone through and improved both the readability and coherency of the pages; it is not in fact vandalism. Thank you! :) --Tvguy348 (talk) 00:40, 18 March 2013 (UTC)

Random act of kindness
Kansas Jayhawks basketball page.I understand you edited a certain entry I revised on the Kansas Jayhawks basketball page. It was in regard to them losing to Michigan, and a certain "ball punching" incident that occurred during the game. I edited the page to bring forward the true reality that presented itself during this said game. Elijah Johnson made a very bad move, captured by several camera angles. I merely expose the absolute truth of that basketball game. I think everyone should realize the asinine issues that occurred during said game. Elijah Johnson deliberately punched Mitch McGary in a sensitive spot. It should be reflected on this Wikipedia page. There is no deniability. I believe a segment should be dedicated to this idiotic act, as it did happen. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 107.209.68.126 (talk) 11:18, 30 March 2013 (UTC)

The Prohibition of Marriages Act in AfricaThe Prohibition of Marriages Act in Africa started on July 8, 1949, by the Parliament of South Africa. It was law that prohibited people who were different raced to marry in South Africa. Before the act, only 0.23% of the marriages in the country were people from different races. On June 19, 1985, the act was repealed. It was hard for people who were already married to a person of a different race, because they would have to be separated. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 173.110.182.159 (talk) 15:24, 3 April 2013 (UTC)
Removal on Paul HuljichHey! This is Meghann, I just realized how to use the Sandbox and I'm going to use that for edits from now on. I didn't really see what you did, but I'm still working on the article to make sure it is 100% factual, as befitting an Encyclopedia. It's a little hard since I'm quite the flowery English major, but let me know if there's anything else I should shape up. I want to make sure I do things properly! Cheers! Re: EstelleHi there! The edits of pronouns for transgender/sexuals is important and a part of the guidelines for transgender/sexual articles on wikipedia. They identify as a woman, so it must be she in every instance of her article. The only fault was a simple format issue with the first she. Thanks 68.40.113.78 (talk) 17:03, 5 April 2013 (UTC)

Jesse MacbethThe source provided does not say what the article is claiming it says. How do I know? Because I know this person and I know that what has been quoted is incorrect. The source provided only states that there was a name change. People are assuming that because Jesse's name is MacBeth today that the name change was FROM Al-Zaid to Macbeth, but this is not true. His name was changed TO Al-Zaid when he was a toddler when his mother married a Saudi Arabian. His name was later changed back while in foster care. I can't provide a source because the source would be the same one that is listed with wrong personal assumptions. Also, the source provided is a dead link. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.20.192.192 (talk) 05:33, 29 April 2013 (UTC) i dont really understand how did it make you feel like the change i made on doona bae's page wasn't constructive. whats the clear definition of constructive? i just tagged along a pic. thats all i did. it was her pic in canne fest. huh!! i want my edited version back on there, soon enough — Preceding unsigned comment added by Chandan69 (talk • contribs) 12:11, 1 May 2013 (UTC)
Hello Widr?: I am not an experienced editor, as you have no doubt discerned, though I've made a few edits over the years, usually on topics on which I AM an expert, rather than hot political, subjective topics such as this. I knew my edit likely wouldn't last 24 hours but I thought it was worth a try. I disagree with your conclusion that it was not constructive because it did at least warn the reader that they were about to read a long article about a GITMO detainee that appeared to have been written and edited by ONLY his legal defense team, i.e., there is no hint of balance in the presentation. This surprised me, as whenever I've seen such biased articles in the past, Wikipedia has usually already flagged the fact that the article "may have problems," or words to that effect. I am no expert on every GITMO detainee, but I do think I'm an expert on what is and what isn't scholarly writing. And there are long sections where there is only one reference to support all the claims, and there I find as well some citations with notes embedded suggesting that the source still needs work?! If you look at the history of the edits it seems that for a very long time only one or two people did them, and they frequently cite the same or similar sources that are generally considered to take a very pro-GITMO detainee view. I don't know who is guilty and who is innocent, but I DO know this article is not balanced. I find it hard to believe that after 12 yrs in prison that if he is so persecuted, and their is such a consensus about this, and if the US has dropped all charges, then why can't they find a single country on the planet to accept the release of this innocent person? I have no other agenda than to help maintain the quality of wiki articles in general. Sincerely, Ed Franks — Preceding unsigned comment added by Edfranks (talk • contribs) 17:30, 2 May 2013 (UTC)
