My current IP address is allocated as part of a mobile 3G dial-up service, and is not the one I usually use on broadband. I am not responsible for the edits that have caused the bloack to be imposed. I have only one WP username, and I never edit anonymously. Please can this be released? welsh (talk) 09:11, 30 November 2008 (UTC)

I redialled and its now OK, so the block cant be that effective against the real culprit. welsh (talk) 09:42, 30 November 2008 (UTC)
