Hi Vitorperrut555! We're so happy you wanted to play to learn, as a friendly and fun way to get into our community and mission. I think these links might be helpful to you as you get started.
Non-free music video screenshot bing used in a WP:DECORATIVE manner in Angra dos Reis (song)#Music video which fails WP:NFCC#8. Non-free screenshots can sometimes be used when they are themselves the subject of sourced critical commentary due to some technique or other reason related to the video's production, but they're not really allowed just to "show" a scene from the video or support a plot summary of the video as is being done in this case.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated files}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the file's talk page.
I don't know what PT Wikipedia's policy is regrding the use of non-free content, but Wikipedia's non-free content use policy is quite strict by design and is not exactly the same as fair use. In addition, the YouTube source you're citing for the video seems like a problem per WP:YOUTUBE and WP:COPYLINK since it doesn't appear the YouTube channel hosting the music videois under the control of the original copyright holder of the music video. So, this could be an additional problem with the file related to non-free content use criterion #4 (see also WP:NFC#Meeting the previous publication criterion for details). Given that there are multiple non-free content use policy related issues with this file, each of them is going to need to be addressed before the file is allowed to be kept. Since the file has only been proposed for deletion, you can WP:DEPROD you like. I wouldn't, however, suggest you do that unless you're absolutely convinced that the way the file is being used complies with Wikipedia's non-free content use policy and are quite sure you'll be able to establish a WP:CONSENSUS among other Wikipedians at WP:FFD, which is where the file will end up being discussed. For what it's worth, I don't propose non-free files for deletion unless I'm quite sure their use is a clear violation of relevant Wikipedia policy. If you feel I'm mistaken and the file's use should be discussed further for strong policy-based reasons, then that's OK and you can deprod the file in good faith. If, on the other hand, you simply deprod the file as a last ditch attempt to save the file from deletion regardless of relevant policy (i.e. WP:LIKEIMAGINE type of reasons), it will likely only prolonged the inevitable deletion of the file and could possibly make others question your understanding of Wikipedia's non-free content policy. -- Marchjuly (talk) 01:09, 18 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
