Welcome, and thank you for contributing the page Presente (album) to Wikipedia. While you have added the page to the English version of Wikipedia, the article is not in English. We invite you to translate it into English. It has been listed at Pages Needing Translation, but if it is not translated within two weeks, the article will be listed for deletion. Thank you. Please ensure everything is in English, including citation dates or it throws errors.BakertheacreChat/My Contibutions17:31, 6 July 2020 (UTC)
Bakertheacre What you just did is borderline disruptive. The article was created less than two hours ago. You could have held your horses while I do all the necessary fixes (like I always do, as anyone can see in my contribs) instead of throwing this awkward DTTR here. You couldn't even accurately identify the original language. Spanish? Really? Victor LopesFala!•C17:46, 6 July 2020 (UTC)
Victor Lopes - I apologize you see this as disruptive. I only know English and the knowledge that all articles are to be in English. It came up with errors because as you created it, you did not change the dates correctly to the required template parameters. I just looked at the Wikipedia:DISRUPTSIGNS and I do not see how it is even borderline as the references all show in red and the references you list show as [6]. As far as the language, I do not feel that matters, as I said, I only speak English. Someone did come through and fix it. As far as WP:DTTR I have reveiwed it and will be more careful in the future, however, your behavior is definitely on WP:Bite which I do not appreciate, especially since this is a WP:GF edit. Have a great day!BakertheacreChat/My Contibutions17:57, 6 July 2020 (UTC)
Bakertheacre I apologize if you took it as me biting you. Of course I realize articles must be in English, but I translated that one using the Content Translation tool, which makes our job easier, but does have some bugs - one of them is the inability to properly translate references from Portuguese to English. Sometimes it doesn't even recognize them, as it happens with {{sfn}} refs, which is why we had those [1], [2], etc. Fixes must be done manually, and I always do them as soon as possible.
Also, I removed the tags you added because you didn't specify which parts or words you believe are POV/peacock. The article is written in the same tone I have been using and seeing in hundreds of pages for pretty much a decade and hardly ever have people considered them inappropriate (and when they do, it's always regarding specific passages, and not the whole pages). If you could be more specific here or on the article talk page, I'd appreciate it. Victor LopesFala!•C18:39, 6 July 2020 (UTC)

Hello Victor
I still consider myself new, although I have been working on the History of Pernambuco page since September. I recently got up to 1970 and stopped as I had run out of references (and going to an academic library is going to be possible only after Covid-19 is tamed). I was looking at the Pernambuco article and, while I realize you are focused on geography and not History, for lack of finding anyone who seems to be working on Pernambuco (or even History of Brazil). I wanted to solicit any guidance you would give about how detailed the History section in the Pernambuco article should be, especially since I have been fairly long in the History of Pernambuco article. Thanks P2dwight (talk) 18:51, 19 December 2020 (UTC)
P2dwight, first of all, congratulations on your hard work! As for the section, it's hard to tell, I mean, I don't think there's any kind of ideal size. I think that the last three sub-sections (Dutch conquest, Jewish immigration and Portuguese Reconquest) could be a bit shorter, and that some additional paragraphs about the state during the 19th and 20th centuries (especially some explaining how it became an economic and political force in the Northeast, etc) should be added.
