Honey or vinegar?Forking a redirect to a feature article is somewhat provocative. You should have considered that there might be objections to such a move, and asked about it beforehand (e.g. at WT:MILHIST). When people are polite to me, I am generally polite to them -- this should tell you something of your own behavior. I will also remind you that you were the first to throw insults at me in the Fort Necessity discussion. Is it any surprise, under those conditions, that I am mistrustful and harsh with you? That said, I repeat the offer made at Talk:Fort Carillon: if you want help translating fr:Drapeau du Carillon into Carillon flag, I am willing to help. (You will have to do the rough translation, my French ne pas tres bien.) Magic♪piano 13:57, 16 April 2011 (UTC)
MfdJust a note that you shouldn't remove the {{mfd}} notice from a portal that is being discussed at Wikipedia:Miscellany for deletion. The notice has to stay in place until the discussion ends after a week. If you are planning to improve the portal, now would be a good time to start! -- John of Reading (talk) 06:07, 27 September 2011 (UTC) Userbox which might interest you{{User WP:Normandy}} is available for you to use if you wish. Late reactionI forgot to thank you for your compliments and your confidence. Regards.Nortmannus (talk) 01:24, 14 February 2012 (UTC) Fort BeauséjourI believe you found an incorrect image of Fort Beauséjour or the image of a different fort. Check the brochure at the Parks Canada site here: Fort Beauséjour–Fort Cumberland: Une Histoire / A History It shows several layouts of the Forts (Beauséjour and Cumberland) that are all five pointed. The image you have submitted does not match. Please do not revert again unless you have proof the model is accurate. Dger (talk) 01:18, 27 March 2012 (UTC)
The article Aimée Eccles has been proposed for deletion because, under Wikipedia policy, all newly created biographies of living persons must have at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article. If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within ten days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. joe deckertalk to me 03:47, 4 April 2012 (UTC) May 2012Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. When you recently edited Pays d'en Haut, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Convert (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.
