Temporary solution?I've put forward a proposal at Talk:Lì (Chinese surname)#Temporary solution. Do you think this sounds reasonable to you? Something you could get behind? --Rob Sinden (talk) 09:52, 27 June 2013 (UTC)

Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Qin (surname originally meaning "pounding grain"), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Jurchen (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject. "Canonity" of Chinese reading of Chinese nameHi! I caught this edit. The practice on here is to put in the pinyin reading of a Chinese character appearing in a Japanese work. Because the character is Chinese the pinyin is automatically canon. It's easy to determine, as usually Chinese characters only each have one reading. Use http://mdbg.net and plug in the characters and you will have it. WhisperToMe (talk) 05:27, 10 August 2013 (UTC)
August 2013Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to Wakin Chau may have broken the syntax by modifying 6 "{}"s. If you have, don't worry, just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

I have automatically detected that your edit to 203 Hill may have broken the syntax by modifying 1 "()"s and 1 "{}"s likely mistaking one for another. If you have, don't worry: just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

I am just letting you know that I declined the speedy deletion of Yang Tiao, a page you tagged for speedy deletion, because of the following concern: I agree this does look a bit like a hoax, but this person is listed at List of people of the Three Kingdoms which means I think it needs discussing at AFD. Thank you. SmartSE (talk) 18:50, 22 January 2014 (UTC)
