GenesBrainsBehaviorNeuroscienceKLHi Tom, I was wondering if you could help me classify my wiki article on worker policing. I saw that you were doing some tagging earlier. How does one decide the importance or quality of the article? — Preceding unsigned comment added by GenesBrainsBehaviorNeuroscienceKL (talk • contribs)
404Your "Get a random cleanup task!"-thingy doesn't work anymore. Sorry for vandalising your stuff BTW. [1][2] They (talk) 12:34, 14 October 2012 (UTC)
Wrong categoryHi! I saw that here you have a category with a name mispelled. See Category:Anahuac Univeristies (universities?). How can it be fix? Thanks in advance, --RoyFocker (talk) 13:17, 15 October 2012 (UTC)
A barnstar for you!
QuestionHey Tom! Does that script that we added that allows me to determine edit count and gender of editors work on Commons, too? Thanks! SarahStierch (talk) 17:45, 16 October 2012 (UTC)
Articles you might like to edit, from SuggestBotWe are currently running a study on the effects of adding additional information to SuggestBot’s recommendations. Participation in the study is voluntary. Should you wish to not participate in the study, or have questions or concerns, you can find contact information in the consent information sheet. We have added information about the readership of the suggested articles using a Low/Medium/High scale which goes from Low to High . SuggestBot picks articles in a number of ways based on other articles you've edited, including straight text similarity, following wikilinks, and matching your editing patterns against those of other Wikipedians. It tries to recommend only articles that other Wikipedians have marked as needing work. We're (very shortly) closing down this development cycle for Page Curation. It's genuinely been a pleasure to talk with you all and build software that is so close to my own heart, and also so effective. The current backlog is 9 days, and I've never seen it that low before. However! Closing up shop does not mean not making any improvements. First-off, this is your last chance to give us a poke about unresolved bugs or report new ones on the talkpage. If something's going wrong, we want to know about it :). Second, we'll hopefully be taking another pass over the software next year. If you've got ideas for features Page Curation doesn't currently have, stick them here. Again, it's been an honour. Thanks :). Okeyes (WMF) (talk) 12:01, 17 October 2012 (UTC) Disambiguation link notification for October 20Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Margaret Meyer, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Trinity College (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject. Deletion reviewHi Tom. I take no position on this issue myself, but an industry source, not too close to the subject, emailed me a long list of possible references that might establish notability for Jeremy Schoemaker, an article you deleted. Please view the list at Talk:Jeremy Schoemaker. If that info had been put forth at the AfD, the result might have been different. Would you undelete the article and relist it for a more thorough discussion based upon this new information? The original discussion was pretty thin. Thank you so much. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 01:37, 28 October 2012 (UTC) Hi, TomCould you please take a look at this AfD? The nominator all but admitted it was a bad-faith AfD, which poisoned the AfD from the start. There are over 20 citations in the article and 15 new ones in the AfD discussion, so WP:GNG doesn't seem to be in question. Only WP:SPA seem to be voting, and other admins don't seem anxious to get involved. Thank you. - 91.105.232.26 (talk) 07:18, 29 October 2012 (UTC) Articles you might like to edit, from SuggestBotWe are currently running a study on the effects of adding additional information to SuggestBot’s recommendations. Page protectionCan you show me what persistent vandalism you're referring to at Same-sex marriage in the United States? Certainly there are going to be disagreements about the content for the next several weeks at least, but I'm not seeing anything that qualifies as vandalism, let alone persistent vandalism that would require page protection. Not even any significant content disputes. Am I missing something? Kafziel Complaint Department: Please take a number 19:33, 8 November 2012 (UTC)

This is not a newsletterAnyway. You're getting this note because you've participated in discussion and/or asked for updates to either the Article Feedback Tool or Page Curation. This isn't about either of those things, I'm afraid ;p. We've recently started working on yet another project: Echo, a notifications system to augment the watchlist. There's not much information at the moment, because we're still working out the scope and the concepts, but if you're interested in further updates you can sign up here. In addition, we'll be holding an office hours session at 21:00 UTC on Wednesday, 14 November in #wikimedia-office - hope to see you all there :). I appreciate it's an annoying time for non-Europeans: if you're interested in chatting about the project but can't make it, give me a shout and I can set up another session if there's enough interest in one particular timezone or a skype call if there isn't. Thanks! Okeyes (WMF) (talk) 11:25, 10 November 2012 (UTC) Incoming disruptionI saw your edit summary, and you made me curious, is this page noted somewhere? - jc37 22:14, 10 November 2012 (UTC)

So you know how I'm pretty...I created an article on my Dad. Declared my COI as best as I knew how. All good thus far. Someone keeps tweaking it. Also good thus far. I keep tweaking their tweaks...not good. Could you maybe just add it to your watch list so I can never, ever look at it again ever? I will buy you things you can drink! Or just be thankful. You know...either way. PanydThe muffin is not subtle 14:31, 18 November 2012 (UTC)
