Hi, just noticed this, but the thread has been archived so I'll answer here. Ministries are indeed offices of profit under the Crown, and so Cabinet Ministers used to have to face re-election after appointment, we have an article Ministerial by-election. Future phone resolution

If someone has exactly 20/20 vision according to Snellen test (60 arcsecond-wide square black pixels on white) then could they tell 29.9 arcsecond OLED pixels with thin interpixel gaps 20 feet away vs a 1 arcsecond version of that screen 20 feet away? (if you displayed something that tests monitor resolution the most). Some people say the pixels would need to be at least √2 times smaller (~21.21 seconds of arc) before you can't tell a screen from infinite resolution anymore but I'm unsure.
