So, after some thought, I decided that since the remaining cleanup, though necessary, was no longer as drastic and since the amount of information present was substantial, I decided to pass the article. Congratulations! I never give new articles a rating higher than C, and I rarely even go that far. In this case, your draft was a real uncut jewel. With a bit of cleanup, it is really something exceptional. With a bit more cleanup, especially wikilinking, I could see it making B-class in the near future. Keep working on it!
