First, you reference OMICS when discussing their block, is that referring to OMICS Publishing Group? Second, they have 10 unreviewed articles in the NPP queue, all having to do with the software industry in various Indian states. How should they be handled? Is this a case of UPE? @Onel5969: He claims to work "With" the government's Software Technology Parks division but is not paid! I would say this is paid editing, and it's likely he's an indie PR agent with a contract from someone with a contract from STPI and OMICS. The OMICS part was easier to handle as there's the community ban, but I'm not up to date on how UPE cases are currently dealt with, that's why I ignored that aspect. Two years back, I'd have blocked the account as "undisclosed paid editing" much earlier and not waited for the promo editing around OMICS. cheers. —SpacemanSpiff 13:30, 25 May 2021 (UTC)
