Hi @Jokhio unknown, first of all, please accept my humble request. Can you stop using AI to generate your text? You even used it for a citation. At Wikipedia, if we choose to add quotes, then we're supposed to add the exact words and not AI generated text.

If you wish to improve or expand the article then you have to support it with reliable citations. I suggest you to use the sandbox to experiment your edits. If you think they're okay, then discuss them with me or other interested editors on the article talk page.

Lastly, considering you're Jokhio, if you are more comfortable in discussing this in the Sindhi language, then you're free to do so with me. I am also a native speaker of the language.

The two references you’ve added are from the same author. It would be better if you could find a different source from an unrelated author. If you believe the existing three sources are enough, you can move it to mainspace, but it may not survive an AfD. Rather, I would suggest you submit the article for an AfC review. The princely state of Las Bela was ruled by this tribe. It is notable and the reference for that is present in the article. Furthermore, they are descendants of another former ruling dynasty. By that definition all letter based articles fail WP:N. The article you have proposed for deletion is a unique character of the Sindhi alphabet. The references provided are reliable. @Saqib The sources are academic, sufficient and published by reputable publishers. They establish notability fairly well. I am not going to use low quality refs and ruin the article. I would say you appear to be inexperienced when it comes to South Asian tribe articles. I remember sometime ago, you mass deleted articles without discussion that were reviewed and were published through AFC as well.

Anyway, I'm submitting Sangur through AFC now. If waiting means a more experienced person accepts it or declines it through AFC then I will happily wait. Sir Calculus (talk) 16:39, 14 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

You should provide other sources like books, newspapers, news channels which can prove the notability of the topic... One or two sources will not prove notability. You should try to provide as many sources as possible so that your draft submission can be approved by other Afc reviewers as quickly as possible. I don't get it. I added the citation properly. Are you implying I should add the quote too for further verifiability?

Regarding "newspapers, news channels", for stuff like anthropology/ tribal history, they're not good quality RS.

You should try to provide as many sources as possible so that your draft submission can be approved by other Afc reviewers as quickly as possible
