Thanks for the welcome... and a questionThank you for the Welcome message! It gave me some courage... And off I went to find out how at least one topic I know something about is being handled. Well... it's kind of a mess. Very NOT NPOV... How BOLD should I really be to make changes? Can anything I do be recovered if there is some sacred rule I'M about to violate? The page is New Thought Movement - too many links! Too much of a 'directory'. Can you give me some advice? Thanks!! Terraflora 04:07, 5 June 2006 (UTC)
My RFA Searchme/Archive 2, thank you for participating in my RfA. It passed with an amazingly unopposed 77/0/1. Thanks for the support everybody! If you see me doing anything wrong, want to ask me something, or just want to yell in my general direction, leave me a note on my talk page. I promise to try and knock out Wikipedia's problems wherever I may find them!
Dispute supportJoe - The following message concerns me greatly. I did not request a password change, but recognize the IP address as belonging to a member of a small group that repeatedly harasses my employer, DePaul University, through e-mail. This group has built quite a controversy section for DePaul on our Wikipedia entry. I have recently begun editing the site to present DePaul's perspective on their charges. For the record, DePaul does not restrict free speech, but does insist on civil discourse, which this group generally does not engage in. Their attacks almost always focus on DePaul's protection of the rights of students who are not Christian or Jewish and of the university's support (generally accepted in academia) of tenured faculty who advance controversial opinions. (We do not allow anyhone, including faculty, to threaten and intimidate students, which is the core issue of the Klocek case, but because it is under litigation, we cannot post further). I am concerned that this group is now trying to hijack my Wikipedia account to either make false edits to DePaul's site or to cause trouble under my name on other sites, which would lead to me being banned. Are there any Wikipedia policies that cover this situation?

Joe and Celestianpower, I looked around a little on the noticeboard but am not sure where to post. It is not vandalism to the site. I am not ready yet to pursue a content mediation. Favorite SongsMy survey has changed. I am now continuing my mission for the best songs, but now I am accepting all genres. I'm giving you a chance to revote for your top ten favorite songs of any genres (not just classic rock which is still the best). I've made a executive decision to keep the existing survey results and just add on to that with the new entries. My feeling for doing this is because classic rock is the most influential genre in music currently so it should be expressed more in the survey. Thank you for contributing in the past, and hopefully in the future. ROCK ON. Some of these are still ongoing and warrant more input (such as the idea to scrap the members list altogether). However, some decisions have been made and the charter has hence been amended. See what happened. Basically, the whole leadership has had a reshuffle, so please review the new, improved charter. As a result, we are electing 4 people this month. They will replace JoanneB and Pschemp and form a new tranche A, serving until December. Elections will begin on 2006-07-02 and last until 2006-07-09. If you wish to run for a Council position, add your name to the list before 2006-07-02. For more details, see Wikipedia:Esperanza/June 2006 elections. American Buffalo proofHi! got your message about another angle. I'd be happy to do it, but I need some clarification on exactly what the angle is. What I gathered from your message is that you want one where the coins are somewhat diagonal to each other, with the obverse above and to the left. What I didn't entirely understand was whether you wanted them overlaped or not (you sayed that you want one in which they overlap slightly, but don't obscure each other), and do you want a format that is more vertical, horizontal, or with the coins at a perfect right-angle. Oh, one more thing, this would be for FP, right? Pharaoh Hound 13:13, 24 June 2006 (UTC) Done. Basically, I suppose you are referring to my edit to the Sasha Cohen page. I'm not sure why I marked the initial addition of the trivia piece as minor (I definately wouldn't have on purpose) but if I were to edit the piece of trivia as I did after I added it, simply for grammar would I mark it as minor? I will be bold and let only 4 coin galleries remain
My argument is that determining the circulating status on some of the coins could be tricky, especially the ones being phased out. And what is circulating now, will be phased out in the future too. But determining what continent a coin belong too is rather simple (except countries like Turkey and Armenia), and won't change too much with time. But I am not sure if they are the right names. Why Western hemisphere? "American" is ambiguous? Why "Africa coins" not "African coins"? --Chochopk 03:04, 28 July 2006 (UTC)

I'm not sure when I'll get to it though. I got too caught up in Wikipedia awhile back, and decided to take a wikibreak. My kids appreciate it. I also got frustrated trying to tag the Exonumia articles because not all orders and decorations are exonumia, apparently. There are some that don't have an associated medal. I don't know enough about the topic to know which articles to tag. I think what you've done with the numismatics project page and portal are great, by the way. Also, I see you're part of WP:MILHIST. I read on WP:AN that they've been trying to tag articles. If you or someone else there can run Python (it's free), I can give you my source and you can run the bot to tag the articles selectively (answer yes/no per article, and category). I'll just plan to retag the project, which should be pretty quick, since it's mostly done. Ingrid 21:08, 29 July 2006 (UTC) Numismatics assessment catsThere seems to be some confusion about whether it's "numismatic articles" or "numismatics articles". {{Numismaticnotice}} uses no-s, but Category:WikiProject Numismatics has some with s. Also, someone edited the template to remove the red-category. I was going to put it back, but thought I should check first to see if it should be with s or without. Also, the numismatics project article list is up to date now. But there are lots of images, especially in Gallery of coins and similar articles which are not in any numismatics category and are thus not tagged. I may look into updating the bot to handle it, but not right now. I'll start the Texas project tagging again today. Ingrid 14:11, 30 July 2006 (UTC)
Removing NumismaticnoticeI noticed you removed it from some of the articles in Category:Ancient mints, but did not remove it from the category. Do you think the category should not be part of the numismatics project, or just those specific articles? Right now, the next time I run the bot to tag all articles (which has gotten to be a quick thing that I plan to do fairly regularly), it will re-tag those. The solution is either to untag the category, or put the text "Numismaticnotice" without the {{ }} on the articles' talk pages. Ingrid 13:56, 2 August 2006 (UTC)
Texas Collaboration of the month - August 2006Hello fellow Texan Collaboration of the Month editors, WatchlistBotPutting WikiProject Texas in comment is fine.
