Change of titleHi Sri, The page on the Food enthusiasts of delhi was created at a Wikipedia workshop today. The participants have spelt the title as Food enthusiasts of delhi, instead of Food Enthusiasts of Delhi. How can we have the title changed? Rohini (talk) 18:23, 4 November 2012 (UTC)

No this wasn't a mistake. Ebony is in fact a regocnised genre of pronography. If you look at the pageList of pornographic sub-genres you will see that "Ebony" is clearly listed as a recognised genre featuring black performers. You commented that the addition was unnecesary, well lots of things are unnecessary but with it being a disambiguation page, I feel that the definition being added is justified. Let me know what you think. John BTW, my normal username is "jlonergan" — Preceding unsigned comment added by 157.190.232.158 (talk) 17:55, 6 November 2012 (UTC)

Rajdhani, Shatabdi & Janshatabdi EditsRsrikanth05, may i enquire as to why you have removed the images i had put up on the various articles without so much so as a comment on the respective talk page? Superfast1111 (talk) 04:57, 29 October 2012 (UTC)
I doubt 3 images on Janshatabdi classify as too many, as for Rajdhani & Shatabdi well i would say the more the merrier. There are other articles which have a good number of images but i have always appreciated the efforts of the individuals who put them there & contrary to what a certain somebody may believe i doubt those who who uploaded the images did it for self gratification. I have myself downloaded quite a few images from wikipedia & hence i would request you to let the images be & undo your edit. Superfast1111 (talk) 17:13, 29 October 2012 (UTC)
Well let us agree to disagree on the cluttering part. Not sure about starting new articles,i have done enough of article starting. Maybe some other time & place. However if you wish to start something up then you are at full liberty to use the images. Superfast1111 (talk) 06:31, 31 October 2012 (UTC)
I am not pushing my images.I am just saying they have a right to be there as much as anyone else's. The images are there on wikipedia commons, thats how i uploaded them. Superfast1111 (talk) 16:36, 1 November 2012 (UTC)
May be the issue of Suoerfast1111 should knock the door of WP:ANI. Somewhat, an serious problem, also a matter of personal attack asking someone to stay away from editing. -- ♪Karthik♫ ♪Nadar♫ 10:37, 8 November 2012 (UTC)

SamanthaI am very upset that you took away my posts on the article Samantha. My biography of her clearly represents the life of everybody named Samantha. Anyways, why are you even looking up Samantha on Wikipedia, do you hate Hesser College and the University of Phoenix? What do you have against female UFC fighters? I am deeply sorrowed that you had to erase my article which had years of research behind it. Please repost my article immediately. --173.162.136.117 User talk:173.162.136.117

You are most certainly welcome, I decided to write a poem for you: From childhood's hour I have not been As others were; I have not seen As others saw; I could not bring My passions from a common spring. From the same source I have not taken My sorrow; I could not awaken My heart to joy at the same tone; And all I loved, I loved alone. Then- in my childhood, in the dawn Of a most stormy life- was drawn From every depth of good and ill The mystery which binds me still: From the torrent, or the fountain, From the red cliff of the mountain, From the sun that round me rolled In its autumn tint of gold, From the lightning in the sky As it passed me flying by, From the thunder and the storm, And the cloud that took the form (When the rest of Heaven was blue) Of a demon in my view. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 173.162.136.117 (talk) 15:23, 20 November 2012 (UTC)
Love! you dealt a bitter blow – You lay me cross the mortal plains, Bedewed, bedimmed amongst a show Of tearful clouds: eternal rains To weep at my enduring foe Of harsh reality – searing pains of Destiny: dependable propensity To fool myself repeatedly That I could ever triumph over love! — Preceding unsigned comment added by 173.162.136.117 (talk) 15:26, 20 November 2012 (UTC)

American DreamYou sent me a maessage claiming that my edits were not explained in the summary section.... but both edits are justified by text in the edit summary. The first of my edits was because the text in the book cited did not actually state what the editor that put it in the article actually claimed it said. The second edit is completely unsubstantiated. Thatcher sold public housing because it fell into her philosophy of the government not owning stuff.... i.e. it was a privatization effort and it got government out of the role of the management of property and passed that role on to the tenants. And of course it bought her votes from a part of the population that would not normally vote for the conseervatives. So called Basildon Man. It is pure fantasy that Thatcher was buying in to the concept of an American Dream.... Just read the party manifesto and the relative WP articles on Thatcher and the many books on Thatcherism . . you will not finf references there to the so called "American Dream".--80.223.105.147 (talk) 19:19, 21 November 2012 (UTC)

Nominations are open for the month of December. --Anbu121 (talk me) 12:07, 22 November 2012 (UTC) On athleteI believe you have made a mistake regarding the removal of my post in the wikipedia article titled "Athlete". As it happens, the Greek cited is correct, but not wholly correct. Athlos, can, in some conditions, mean 'task'. But athlete is derived from the word athlon, which means prize. Athletes are considered not those who accomplish tasks, but those who compete for a prize. The word Athletics is literally the conflation of athlon and techne, meaning most literally "the art of prize" i.e. "the art of competing for a prize". My citation also preserves the original Attic Greek form. It is important that this distinction between 'task' and 'prize' be made. The original conception of the word hinged upon the existence of competition for some material goal. While the word has evolved, and understanding an athlete as one who completes tasks may be more fitting in modernity, it is not historically correct, and thus not etymologically correct. In antiquity, this word was inseparable with the concept of competition. For sources, I cite the Liddel and Scott Lexicon, and my various professors throughout my career as a Classics major.
