Bjarki Nielsen

The way to make it an article doesn't pass through filing it in categories while it's still in draft form — that's simply never allowed at all, under any circumstances, because drafts are never allowed to be filed in mainspace categories alongside real articles. The way to make it an article is to submit it to the WP:AFC review queue so that it can be reviewed and assessed for whether it's actually good enough or not.
