Hutchinson Middle SchoolHi STJMLCC, You'll probably have noticed that I just made an edit to Hutchinson Middle School. I'd like to explain this edit for you: I added a tag saying "A major contributor to this article appears to have a close connection with its subject." I know this is true, because you told me. This links to "conflict of interest", a term I explained before. I'm not saying there is a conflict of interest, just that there is a potential one. This also ties in with What Wikipedia is not, specifically the part "Wikipedia is not a soapbox or means of promotion". I also uncapitalized the section titles (preferred; see this) and removed surplus references in one section -- since they were all to the same source, one, at the end, stands for the whole paragraph. Thank you. Eman235/talk 03:35, 17 November 2014 (UTC) Ema235, if you noticed I did not remove the tag regarding my contributions merely the tag regarding citations as I fixed those issues this morning. I just have a habit of capitalizing titles, I appologize if I was annyoing you with my habit.

Specifically, I believe the first image shows a Lumia 930 (note the speaker grille and front-facing camera) and the second one a Lumia 1520 (note the overall size and the positioning of the navigation buttons). In addition to ensuring that you actually have permission to use the images you add to Wikipedia, please also verify that they actually depict the subject of the article. Thank you. Indrek (talk) 11:49, 19 November 2014 (UTC) ThanksThanks, but it is still a work in progress. I have yet to discover the date it was opened and a few other sections need to be made such as demographics. ಠ_ಠ (talk) 00:53, 20 November 2014 (UTC) Editing talk pagesHallo, please have a look at WP:TALK and note that it's OK to edit your own talk page (except for removing certain notices), and it's OK to edit or remove comments you've added to other talk pages before anyone else has replied to them, but you must not remove conversations to which other people have contributed. I have undone your move, and returned the "ash yellows" article to its original capitalization. The correct and most common form of the name in publications is not capitalized, nor are any of the other "yellows" plant diseases ("aster yellows", "elm yellows", etc.). I hope this is useful information to you. fish storm (talk) 20:00, 21 November 2014 (UTC) Yes, thank you my research showed that it was spelled differently. I must have missed the alternate spellings. If the file's copyright status cannot be verified, it may be deleted. You may find more information on the file description page. I was unaware that the page was previously deleted. I apologize for the disconvenience/bother on such a splendid and wonderful Saturday. I hope you enjoy the rest of your, hopefully uninterupted Saturday, and the remainder of your Weekend! Thanking you for notifying me of this issue and wishing you a great weekend, STJMLCC (talk) 22:35, 22 November 2014 (UTC) New Page PatrolWe appreciate your enthusiasm but please do not patrol or curate new pages until you have significantly more experience and are thoroughly familiar with our inclusion policies and guidelines and deletion procedures. If you need any help please do not hesitate to ask me. Thanks --Kudpung กุดผึ้ง (talk) 21:41, 22 November 2014 (UTC) When you have more experience, when patrolling new pages and listing them for deletion, you will certainly want to read this policy, which is interesting because we have a very efficient technical tool for finding out. Such users are then blocked and their creations deleted. --Kudpung กุดผึ้ง (talk) 07:35, 23 November 2014 (UTC) Speedy deletion nomination of File:Ash Rust Eating A Tree.jpgA tag has been placed on File:Ash Rust Eating A Tree.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted images or text borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing. If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Ronhjones (Talk) 16:35, 29 November 2014 (UTC) RCA TabletsFYI, The RCA article is about Radio Corporation of America, later renamed RCA Corporation which existed from 1919 until 1986 when its was broken up. Any material about RCA branded products produced after 1986 belong in the RCA (trademark) article. Technicolor SA owns the RCA trademark and Venturer Electronics makes RCA branded computer tablets as shown at the URL [1]. Steelbeard1 (talk) 15:19, 2 December 2014 (UTC) Thank you for notifying me about this issue. I was unaware of the facct that there were two RCA sites. I will look into this ASAP. I will fix any other misleading issues. STJMLCC (talk) 16:42, 2 December 2014 (UTC) SuzukiHi, I saw your recent edits to Suzuki and wanted to offer some comments about them:
I've fixed these (and a few other minor) mistakes, and I'd like to ask you that you review your edits more carefully in the future. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask me. Thanks! Indrek (talk) 18:49, 2 December 2014 (UTC) Thank You for your help. I appreciate all of your editing, but that link was already linked to another site I merely fixed the final destination and display of the link. As for the Peakock terms, I must have misread. Thank you for all of your help and assistance, STJMLCC (talk) 19:53, 2 December 2014 (UTC) Template tagsG'day mate. This edit to that template added DIV tags but didn't close them. I've added them but wherever that template has been substituted, it will impact on user talk pages, boxing all subsequent content into those tags. You might want to have a look at where that has been added in recent days to check for errors. Cheers, St★lwart111 03:50, 15 December 2014 (UTC)

MMSI tweaked the header of Wikipedia:WikiProject Microsoft/Outreach/Newsletter, when transcluding an entire page to other's talk pages, it is best to take care with header levels. Take a look at the updated version to make sure I didn't break anything on you! Happy editing, — xaosflux Talk 16:52, 31 December 2014 (UTC) Articles are already tagged for Microsoft projectHi. I noticed you added WikiProject Microsoft tags to Windows 98 and Windows 95 talk pages while they already had a tag. These new tags are not needed. Best regards,

USS Theodore RooseveltWith this edit, you reinserted 11 external links that are known to be broken. How is this helpful? Note that the links are not used as references in the article.Nigel Ish (talk) 22:12, 18 January 2015 (UTC) If this is the case, you should have stated that in your summary. In case you missed it, this falls back on your head for note implementing a proper summary. Good day to you,
Hi, Asian 10,000 Challenge inviteHi. The Wikipedia:WikiProject Asia/The 10,000 Challenge has recently started, based on the UK/Ireland Wikipedia:The 10,000 Challenge and Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/The 10,000 Challenge. The idea is not to record every minor edit, but to create a momentum to motivate editors to produce good content improvements and creations and inspire people to work on more countries than they might otherwise work on. There's also the possibility of establishing smaller country or regional challenges for places like South East Asia, Japan/China or India etc, much like Wikipedia:The 1000 Challenge (Nordic). For this to really work we need diversity and exciting content and editors from a broad range of countries regularly contributing. At some stage we hope to run some contests to benefit Asian content, a destubathon perhaps, aimed at reducing the stub count would be a good place to start, based on the current Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/The Africa Destubathon which has produced near 200 articles in just three days. If you would like to see this happening for Asia, and see potential in this attracting more interest and editors for the country/countries you work on please sign up and being contributing to the challenge! This is a way we can target every country of Asia, and steadily vastly improve the encyclopedia. We need numbers to make this work so consider signing up as a participant! Thank you. --Ser Amantio di NicolaoChe dicono a Signa?Lo dicono a Signa. 02:29, 21 October 2016 (UTC) New deal for page patrollersHi Renamed user 1569823497, In order to better control the quality of new pages, keep out the spam, and welcome the genuine newbies, the current system we introduced in 2011 is being updated and improved. The documentation and tutorials have also been revised and given a facelift. Most importantly a new user group New Page Reviewer has been created. Under the new rule, you may find that you are temporarily unable to mark new pages as reviewed. However, this is nothing to worry about - most current experienced patrollers are being accorded the the new right without the need to apply, and if you have significant previous experience of patrolling new pages, we strongly encourage you to apply for the new right as soon as possible - we need all the help we can get, and we are now providing a dynamic, supportive environment for your work. Find out more about this exiting new user right now at New Page Reviewers and be sure to read the new tutorial before applying.
