Muscle sorenessRe: your question on my talk page, I'd also be cautious of the claim that concentric exercise causes no muscle soreness, but personally, I don't know either way. I've heard people say anecdotally that avoiding eccentric contractions during exercise results in much less or no soreness...but this seems a potentially terrible thing to do to your body, and I think most people do both types of contractions together when they exercise, and personally, I've erred on the side of more eccentric exercise because it leads to greater control, less risk of injury, and also is good for repairing damaged tendons. If you've scoured other sources and can't find it, I'd definitely support you in removing that fact from the page, or perhaps mention that a specific person claims it true, unless others back it as well.
