Lebanese Civil War

I have started move discussion for moving Lebanese Civil War to Lebanese civil war. Needs to go through move process to retain editing history, rather than cutting/pasting as you did. As I indicated there, some have it lower case, some have it upper case. I don't know what the difference is, so maybe the move request will get that straightened out.
