3RR WarningIn accordance with the Wikipedia guidelines, I am notifying you that you are being reported for edit warring. I have made many reasonable attempts to establish communication and expand upon the issues that you believe exist within this article. I have made every effort to engage in discussion and clarification regarding the guidelines in question, and you have ignored my arguments and made inflammatory comments as a response. As I have suggested multiple times, this dispute requires additional input, as we seem to have differing, but reasonable interpretations of the guidelines for this sort of page. == Notice of edit warring noticeboard discussion == Hello. This message is being sent to inform you that there is currently a discussion involving you at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Edit warring regarding a possible violation of Wikipedia's policy on edit warring. Thank you. Davoguha (talk) 20:58, 3 October 2022 (UTC)
Shoulder Replacement ArticleHey Praxadicae, I really appreciate your time going through articles and making sure about the reliability of wikipedia articles, however, for shoulder replacement article, I made some edits related to post operative care which were reverted by you. When I dug down for the articles and looked at MERDS, I did find out why you reverted Fast track rehabilitation after reversed total shoulder arthroplasty: a protocol for an international multicentre prospective cohort study | BMJ Open and Primary care management of postoperative shoulder, hip, and knee arthroplasty | The BMJ this edit of mine as these are still trial programs. But for Shoulder Surgery Exercise Guide - OrthoInfo - AAOS this I think I still need more explanation as it is from American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons. So far, according to my knowledge these are reliable sources which were well criticized before being published and I would count them in reliable sources and the information I edited as well. But if there is something you can enlighten on which I might be missing that would be great. Once again I really appreciate your time to look into articles. Portraitworld (talk) 01:50, 4 October 2022 (UTC) User:ValarianB edit warring and personal attacksIt appears that User:ValarianB has your protection and shares your POVon some points.[1][2] I also note that User:ValarianB talk page is full of edit warring. For the sake of calm, I would ask that you advise User:ValarianB to stop with the personal attacks and edit warring or he is going to get himself blocked. Thank you in advance User:Praxidicae Have a nice day. May1787 (talk) 12:00, 5 October 2022 (UTC)

U.S. Civil Rights TrailSo, I'm now working on this page purely as a volunteer and plan to again add a full landmarks list, as discussed and compared with other comparable article, on the talk page. Given that many (too many to count) closely related articles contain nearly identical (often longer and more elaborate) lists, the U.S. Civil Rights Trail page clearly should include a list as well. I certainly hope you agree with me, and with the facts. Thanks. Danceswithedits (talk) 17:45, 12 October 2022 (UTC) Congratulations!
Question regarding deletion taggingHello Praxidicae, hope you are well and having a wonderful time with your new baby! I’m aware that you are not very active at the moment, so by the time you see this, the issue may have been resolved, but I am contacting you because I needed some advice from an experienced user, regarding deletion tagging. I came across a sandbox user page today of somebody promoting their YouTube channel, they have even provided a link, and I had a look and it literally only has 39 subscribers. I believe that this is spam. The user has now been blocked indefinitely, although the sandbox is still up on Wikipedia, and I believe it meets a deletion criteria. this is the page. Which would you suggest I used? CSD or to start a deletion discussion like Mfd for example? I had a read through Wikipedia essays on that although before I make any decisions, I just wanted to check what an experienced editor would think, as I’m still fairly new to doing maintenance/tasks on Wikipedia and just don’t want to dive in to the deep end and mess up. If you have any tips, that would be great. Thanks! Blanchey (talk) 15:11, 12 November 2022 (UTC)

I noticed that you added a Conflict of Interest (COI) tag to article "The Chenab Times". I want to assure you that I have no connection to the subject of the article and I am not sure why the COI tag was added. As I was the creator of that article, I do recall a wiki user messaging some administrators or editors about this article, but the issue was resolved and it was determined that the wiki user was a sock puppet. I would appreciate it if you could please remove the COI tag from the article as it is not warranted. This is the first article in my life which I created and got COI tag. Strange! Thank you for your attention to this matter.❯❯❯ Chunky aka Al Kashmiri (✍️) 13:21, 7 January 2023 (UTC) SuggestionHello, Praxidicae! Project PageWikipedia:WikiProject African diaspora exists. I haven't had a lot of success posting there. I created Draft:Missing Pieces which was moved to my userspace. I think user:PigeonChickenFish has also been developing a project list. He's done fantastic work on many of the missing subjects. I would Love User:Missvain to create a project analogous to the Women in Red effort. I'm happy to help wherever it would be most useful. FloridaArmy (talk) 18:43, 15 September 2023 (UTC) This is one of my favorite subjects. I would be glad to have help with it or better yet to see it moved to mainspace. This is the highest backlog in a long time. Please help out by doing additional reviews! October backlog elimination drive: A one-month backlog drive for October will start in one week! Barnstars will be awarded based on the number of articles and redirects patrolled. Articles will earn 4x as many points compared to redirects. You can sign up here. PageTriage code upgrades: Upgrades to the PageTriage code, initiated by the NPP open letter in 2022 and actioned by the WMF Moderator Tools Team in 2023, are ongoing. More information can be found here. As part of this work, the Special:NewPagesFeed now has a new version in beta! The update leaves the NewPagesFeed appearance and function mostly identical to the old one, but updates the underlying code, making it easier to maintain and helping make sure the extension is not decommissioned due to maintenance issues in the future. You can try out the new Special:NewPagesFeed here - it will replace the current version soon. Notability tip: Professors can meet WP:PROF #1 by having their academic papers be widely cited by their peers. When reviewing professor articles, it is a good idea to find their Google Scholar or Scopus profile and take a look at their h-index and number of citations. As a very rough rule of thumb, for most fields, articles on people with a h-index of twenty or more, a first-authored paper with more than a thousand citations, or multiple papers each with more than a hundred citations are likely to be kept at AfD. Reviewing tip: If you would like like a second opinion on your reviews or simply want another new page reviewer by your side when patrolling, we recommend pair reviewing! This is where two reviewers use Discord voice chat and screen sharing to communicate with each other while reviewing the same article simultaneously. This is a great way to learn and transfer knowledge. Reminders:

Common DeadYou seem to really want to stand on the hill of not wanting the artist's Wiki to be accurately titled under their real name, and allow them to hide behind some kind of alias. That's fine, as I don't care much either way. If you stand by the WP:COMMONNAME argument, so be it. What matters, however, is the general concept of all articles being relevant and informative. Your blanket reversions are damaging that cause. Valid citations and quotes were provided to inform the public of the actual name and facts about the subject/person. Fight for the article not do be moved without further citation, if you want, but don't let yourself be blinded from why we're all here: information. We can all be warned of this. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 02:10, 20 December 2023 (UTC) Can you suggest changes on this biography article?Hello @Praxidicae, You reviewed my Draft of mine yesterday. Thank you for taking the time! For the last 2 months, I’ve been taking advice from several editors to help me write my first biography articles. I learn at each stage, and really appreciate the time taken. This was the first time I submitted my draft on Deron Triff. You mentioned both the tone and sources in the rejection. I am already working to address this. (I had received feedback to make the article more about the person than his companies. It was good advice but I think I went too far). One challenge that I don’t know how to solve is how to fill in professional details that aren’t mentioned in news articles? An example is the exact dates he worked for different companies. I was using a primary source for those. (A LinkedIn profile) Is there a better way to do it? Thank you in advance. Podcast Lover (talk) 16:05, 25 March 2024 (UTC)
New Pages Patrol newsletter April 2024Hello Praxidicae, Backlog update: The October drive reduced the article backlog from 11,626 to 7,609 and the redirect backlog from 16,985 to 6,431! Congratulations to Schminnte, who led with over 2,300 points. Following that, New Page Patrol organized another backlog drive for articles in January 2024. The January drive started with 13,650 articles and reduced the backlog to 7,430 articles. Congratulations to JTtheOG, who achieved first place with 1,340 points in this drive. Looking at the graph, it seems like backlog drives are one of the only things keeping the backlog under control. Another backlog drive is being planned for May. Feel free to participate in the May backlog drive planning discussion. It's worth noting that both queues are gradually increasing again and are nearing 14,034 articles and 22,540 redirects. We encourage you to keep contributing, even if it's just a single patrol per day. Your support is greatly appreciated! 2023 Awards Onel5969 won the 2023 cup with 17,761 article reviews last year - that's an average of nearly 50/day. There was one Platinum Award (10,000+ reviews), 2 Gold Awards (5000+ reviews), 6 Silver (2000+), 8 Bronze (1000+), 30 Iron (360+) and 70 more for the 100+ barnstar. Hey man im josh led on redirect reviews by clearing 36,175 of them. For the full details, see the Awards page and the Hall of Fame. Congratulations everyone for their efforts in reviewing! WMF work on PageTriage: The WMF Moderator Tools team and volunteer software developers deployed the rewritten NewPagesFeed in October, and then gave the NewPagesFeed a slight visual facelift in November. This concludes most major work to Special:NewPagesFeed, and most major work by the WMF Moderator Tools team, who wrapped up their major work on PageTriage in October. The WMF Moderator Tools team and volunteer software developers will continue small work on PageTriage as time permits. Recruitment: A couple of the coordinators have been inviting editors to become reviewers, via mass-messages to their talk pages. If you know someone who you'd think would make a good reviewer, then a personal invitation to them would be great. Additionally, if there are Wikiprojects that you are active on, then you can add a post there asking participants to join NPP. Please be careful not to double invite folks that have already been invited. Reviewing tip: Reviewers who prefer to patrol new pages within their most familiar subjects can use the regularly updated NPP Browser tool. Reminders:

I am reaching out to seek permission to recreate the draft for the article on RG Qluck Wise, a notable Ghanaian record producer, author, and graphic designer. Recognizing that previous attempts to establish this article were met with deletion, I have diligently examined the deletion log and taken proactive measures to address the concerns raised: Notability: Extensive research has been conducted to ensure RG Qluck Wise's alignment with Wikipedia's notability guidelines for musicians, authors, and graphic designers. I have collated reliable, secondary sources to underscore his significance in these domains. Neutral Tone: In refining the article's content, particular attention has been paid to excising any promotional language or subjective bias. The narrative now maintains a neutral and factual tone, solely focused on providing an impartial overview of RG Qluck Wise's professional trajectory and accomplishments. Draft Status: Rather than direct resubmission to the main space, I intend to recreate the article as a draft. This will afford ample opportunity for further refinement and meticulous review prior to seeking publication. Confident in the adherence of the revised draft to Wikipedia's rigorous standards and guidelines, I am reaching out to seek your expert guidance and endorsement to ensure compliance with the correct procedural protocol. Thank you sincerely for your time and consideration. I eagerly await any feedback or suggestions you may have to further enhance the article's quality. Abigailka (talk) 23:44, 18 May 2024 (UTC)
AlahverdianJust a quick well done - I'm sure I'm far from the first to do so - for your observations on this article (been watching the documentary which mentions both the article and the attorney's attempt to add the sexual conviction, unfortunately I can see he used a random IP and looked more like a vandal than the socks of the subject that successfully reverted it and had it hidden) as you seemed to be the first to look into it properly and claw back the reams of BS that had been accepted at the AfDs etc. Nice work by yourself and also by a few others subsequently that put a lot of time into turning it round into the true events of his life. We have identified you as a good candidate for this research, and would greatly appreciate your participation in this anonymous survey. You do not have to be an Administrator to participate. The survey should take around 10-15 minutes to complete. You may read more about the study on its Meta page and view its privacy statement . Please find our contact on the project Meta page if you have any questions or concerns. I am with the SABIS US office and know the revision to be correct. We also corrected the official website to reflect the current web address. Please do not revert our last update. Thank you. 75.146.43.25 (talk) 18:31, 12 November 2024 (UTC)
ArbCom 2024 Elections voter messageHello! Voting in the 2024 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 2 December 2024. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate in the 2024 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add Invitation to provide feedbackInspired by Worm That Turned's re-RfA where he noted administrators don't get a lot of feedback or suggestions for improvement, I have decided to solicit feedback. I'm reaching out to you as you are currently one of the users I've selected as part of my recall process. I hope you will consider taking a few moments to fill out my feedback form. Clicking on the link will load the questions and create a new section on my user talk. Thanks for your consideration. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 01:53, 18 December 2024 (UTC) DraftificationHi there and hank you for your help reviewing new articles! I recently noticed that you moved Raydium (DeFi) and CoinGecko to the draftspace, both with the edit summary "Not ready for mainspace, incubate in draftspace". Based on this edit summary, I'm uncertain why exactly these were moved to draft. I see you're using Evad37's MoveToDraft script. It may be helpful to use MPGuy2824's script instead as it allows you to choose from different reasons for draftification, such as being unsourced or reading like an advertisement. These reasons also appear in the edit summary to help clarify to other editors why you have draftified an article. Additionally, MPGuy2824's script gives a few warnings when you try to draftify, such as stating that an article has been previously draftified, which was the case for both of these articles. Articles that have a contested draftification should not be re-draftified except under specific circumstances (e.g., ATD at AFD). Let me know if you have any questions, comments, and/or concerns. :) Significa liberdade (she/her) (talk) 15:10, 20 December 2024 (UTC) |
