personal attacksHey, Pinkville. I'd like to ask you to please strike the personal attacks/assumptions of bad faith at this AfD. You may disagree with other editors, but please don't accuse them of being disingenuous in an AfD. If you believe someone is guilty of wrongdoing, the place to make those assertions is WP:ANI. valereee (talk) 18:49, 18 July 2022 (UTC)

Administrative permissions and inactivity reminderThis is a reminder that established policy provides for removal of the administrative permissions of users who have made fewer than 100 edits over a 60-month period. You are receiving this annual reminder since you have averaged less than 50 edits per year over the last 5 years. Inactive administrators are encouraged to reengage with the project in earnest rather than to make token edits to avoid loss of administrative permissions. Resources and support for reengaging with the project are available at Wikipedia:WikiProject Editor Retention/administrators. If you do not intend to be engaged with the project in the foreseeable future, please consider voluntarily resigning your administrative permissions by making a request at the bureaucrats' noticeboard. Thank you for your past contributions to the project. — JJMC89 bot 00:27, 1 January 2023 (UTC) Duly noted. Ancient history, but...Years ago you wrote most of the early version of Hand-colouring of photographs. There is a long-dead link that you added with reference to Hans Bellmer's photographs. Someone else later turned it into a citation, linked to the Internet Archive, etc. It looks like all it is is a picture of one of Bellmer's works, which of course is no citation at all for the statement in question. Do you think it was ever anything more than that? I'm thinking either we need different citation there or we should mark that as citation needed; it doesn't seem to me to cite for anything. Please ping me when you reply here; I don't maintain a watchlist on en-wiki these days. Thanks in advance for any help. - Jmabel | Talk 03:00, 2 April 2023 (UTC) Administrators' newsletter – April 2023News and updates for administrators from the past month (March 2023).

WikiProject Anarchism checking inHey there! I noticed you're on the WikiProject Anarchism members list, but you don't appear to have edited in this subject area for some time. Just in case you're still interested, here's a little update:
If you want to get more involved in the project, please feel free! We always need an extra pair of hands to help out with our ever-growing project. If you want to help out with one of the above efforts, go right ahead. If you want to keep more up to date with the project's activities, consider adding our noticeboard to your watchlist or adding your name to our mailing list. On the other hand, if you think you're time with the project is over, then consider removing your name from the members list, but we do hope you're still interested in our wee project. All the best to you, whatever your future plans are. Invitation to participate in a researchHello, The Wikimedia Foundation is conducting a survey of Wikipedians to better understand what draws administrators to contribute to Wikipedia, and what affects administrator retention. We will use this research to improve experiences for Wikipedians, and address common problems and needs. We have identified you as a good candidate for this research, and would greatly appreciate your participation in this anonymous survey. You do not have to be an Administrator to participate. The survey should take around 10-15 minutes to complete. You may read more about the study on its Meta page and view its privacy statement . Please find our contact on the project Meta page if you have any questions or concerns.
