Douglas ChandorStruggling to come up with a good hook for Douglas Chandor. Maybe he painted Roosevelt and Churchill, but Stalin refused. Or something about his garden. His father John Arthur Chandor has an obvious hook around "an adventurer of the most dangerous character", an "inveterate liar", and a "scoundrel in money matters", but the article needs more and better sources before even thinking about DYK.
