Tshell2002 (talk·contribs) has introduced copyright material at the above article [1]. Initially I left them a Welcome message about copyright materials. They have now introduced the material 3 times by reverting me. The information is copied almost word for word from [2]. I have reverted and left them a copyright warning. I was attempting to add my brothers name to the list of notable people from the City of DeWitt, MI.
I've learned that as a relative, I can not do this and must solicit someone else to do this.
My brother Ray Paquet is one of the most respected drag racers in history. He also has a growing list of major accomplishments in the field. At 76 years, he's still going strong and adding to his resume. We grew up in DeWitt. Hello, I've been addressing fostered content issues on Wikipedia over the past month and there are now only three remaining in usertalk space. One of these is on your User talk:PhilKnight/Archive27. If you would be willing, would you replace the entire contents of the "Doczilla's RFA" section with the following code block (within the collapse) to correct the syntax issues (one fostered content error, a table tag issue, two obsolete tags, a missing end tag, and three stripped tags)? While I'd normally make a smaller change X to Y in this sort of situation, this particular section had layered issues and it is just easier to fix the whole thing in one go.

Hey PhilKnight, saw your block and mass-rollback of this user. I'm curious as to why you think they're the Cutler vandal; the filter hit was due to an unrelated person named "Jeff Cutler" already mentioned on the page. The Cutler vandal tends to go rants like this. A quick skim of this user's contribs suggests they're just mostly just fiddling with the layout of timelines; is there something else I missed? May I ask why did you unblock The Side566? This user has been disruptively creating short pages without stopping, and that's why they were blocked by Materialscientist a couple of days ago, and now they're back at it again. Following an RfC, TFAs will be automatically semi-protected the day before it is on the main page and through the day after.
A discussion at WP:VPP about revision deletion and oversight for dead names found that [s]ysops can choose to use revdel if, in their view, it's the right tool for this situation, and they need not default to oversight. But oversight could well be right where there's a particularly high risk to the person. Use your judgment.
The SmallCat dispute case has closed. As part of the final decision, editors participating in XfD have been reminded to be careful about forming local consensus which may or may not reflect the broader community consensus. Regular closers of XfD forums were also encouraged to note when broader community discussion, or changes to policies and guidelines, would be helpful.

An RfC is open regarding amending the paid-contribution disclosure policy to add the following text: Any administrator soliciting clients for paid Wikipedia-related consulting or advising services not covered by other paid-contribution rules must disclose all clients on their userpage.

Administrators can now choose to add the user's user page to their watchlist when changing the usergroups for a user. This works both via Special:UserRights and via the API. (T272294)
