HI! I Cannot find any entry for two terms that FEMA has officially used in its official documents in the FederalRegister.gov (see Document 2023-11268, PDF Pages 34171-34176. Published 5/26/23, "Disaster Reslience Zones and National Risk Index"). link: https://www.fema.gov/nri

The two terms we need to add in wiki are: Disaster RESILIENCE ZONE and NATIONAL RISK INDEX

@I like baseball a lot: Hi! Volunteering to be a regular editor isn't really a thing on Wikipedia. Basically, just edit the article! Make positive improvements and adjustments and soon enough you could be considered one of the regular editors of the article.
