I'm dropping you a note because you used to (or still do!) patrol new pages. This is just to let you know that we've deployed and developed Page Curation, which augments and supersedes Special:NewPages - there are a lot of interesting new features :). There's some help documentation here if you want to familiarise yourself with the system and start using it. If you find any bugs or have requests for new features, let us know here. Thanks! Editings of Blue-water navyThank you for your instruction in Blue-water navy. I made proposition at Talk:Blue-water navy#Korea, Russia, Japan? to add the JMSDF, so if you are OK, I would appreciate your opinions.--Panda 51 (talk) 03:58, 21 November 2012 (UTC) The Bugle: Issue LXXX, November 2012

UK great power statusI'm afraid some editors are now trying to get rid of the mention of great power status in the United Kingdom article, or at least water it down. Seems like a typical POV attack by these editors (though they pretend otherwise). Could you chip in? David (talk) 23:57, 4 December 2012 (UTC) The Bugle: Issue LXXXI, December 2012

Orphaned non-free media (File:New BAE-Systems Type 26.jpg)Thanks for uploading File:New BAE-Systems Type 26.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media). If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Hazard-Bot (talk) 04:20, 31 January 2013 (UTC) You and my talk pageNon-native english speakers don't know english? Are you a racist? It really does not make any difference if its Description or Characteristics. I have seen Description used in a lot of similar articles here. Please don't bring your observations to my talk page in future, or I will simply remove them. Thanks. --Anir1uph | talk | contrib 14:23, 2 February 2013 (UTC) It really does make a difference, it really does. I would say just because you have seen it before doesn't necessarily make it right. No please, no need to thank me, it was my pleasure. Obscure Reality Ping me 14:26, 2 February 2013 (UTC) February 2013 You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for racist personal attacks. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding below this notice the text
{{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} , but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first. (✉→BWilkins←✎) 16:27, 2 February 2013 (UTC)

ObscureReality (block log • active blocks • global blocks • contribs • deleted contribs • filter log • creation log • change block settings • unblock • checkuser (log)) Request reason: Because it is in violation of free speech, so what if it is a privately owned website? It is illegal for a privately owned business to violate freedom of speech. Why should a website that invites the public to make contributions be exempt from those rules? Racism is not a crime. Anyway, I request that my user page and user talk page be replaced with a blocked user template please. Ill be back on a different user I guess.Obscure Reality Ping me 16:38, 2 February 2013 (UTC) Decline reason: You are not only making despicably racist comments about other editors; you are also trying to insert grossly tendentious personal opinion into articles [1]. Having the gall to then go accusing Indian editors of POV editing the next moment [2] marks you as not merely a despicable racist, but a very stupid and hypocritical racist. People like you are not welcome on this project. Fut.Perf. ☼ 17:12, 2 February 2013 (UTC) If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. ObscureReality (block log • active blocks • global blocks • contribs • deleted contribs • filter log • creation log • change block settings • unblock • checkuser (log)) Request reason: I regret and offer apologies for my actions in early February. Up until this incident I had been active on Wikipedia for almost three years, all of which without incident and throughout this time, I have been genuinely seeking to do my best for the project. I know that the damage is now done, my three years of being a Wikipedian tarnished by my poor show of behavior, and trust in me lost - but I understand my actions were totally unacceptable and humbly request that I may be allowed to prove my words true. Anir1uph I hope you accept this sincere apology and it finds you in good health. Apologies and thank you. ObscureReality.194.46.226.154 (talk) 14:24, 19 March 2013 (UTC) Decline reason: We cannot accept unblock requests placed by anonymous IP addresses as there is no proof whatsoever that they are who they claim to be. Editors whose talkpages are locked have only the ability to appeal to the Ban Appeals Subcommittee. This block applies to you, the person - formally, if it's honestly you using an IP, you are violating WP:EVADE which normally makes it necessary to block the IP as well. Please do not force me to further lock this talkpage from any additional comments - I'll WP:AGF that you'll follow the proper process. On a more personal note: there's no way in hell that you should be requesting unblock for a minimum of 6 months after the block, based on the principles of WP:OFFER. Based on your previous unblock request, you seem to claim you had rights that you most definitely do not - you have no rights here whatsoever. Guide yourself, your research, and your future accordingly (✉→BWilkins←✎) 16:13, 19 March 2013 (UTC) If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again.
