Speedy deletion nomination of S-line/Sofia Metro left/First Metrodiameter

About Тemplate:Municipalities_of_Sofia

Hi there and sorry for the belated response (was in Greece for the week), indeed you're making a point, it is confusing that municipalities are located within a municipality. I don't know what led me to consider "municipality" as the better option, perhaps until recently "община" was the more popular form used for that administrative division?
