I created a page, Parisana, for a Parsi community magazine by that name. I got your message that the article looked like an advert or such, and might be removed. The magazine, as you'd see on the wiki page, is an old, and historically relevant magazine for the community--especially in India. I believe that the magazine deserves to be on Wiki, since it ties together a community that has a rich past; played an important role in the narrative of India; and is currently facing a crisis of declining numbers. I would like to seek your suggestions in improving the quality of the content on the page.

Cross-language Format and Multi-culture Problem

Hello User:Masum_Ibn_Musa sorry for disturbing you. The reason I am writing you is we all love Wikipedia and we want it expanding. However there is a discussion going on to delete a notable game article because of biased opinions. I saw that you edited this article: Tactical_Manager_2 and let it stay for further expansion, update and keep growing Wikipedia even though it has only single reference. But I am also totally agree with you to let articles stay for improvements and expand Wikipedia. So I believe you are a neutral, professional, objective and who believes in expanding Wikipedia not shrinking it type of person. Hi there, thanks for adding the image. I have a doubt. How did you managed to get the pic with not even a single human being in the frame in such a busy place? Digitally manipulated? Welcoming new editors
Hi Masum Ibn Musa, I see you welcome new editors a lot, but you always seem to use the same template. In some cases it seems inappropriate. For example you welcomed Subhasishc11 (talk·contribs) with {{Welcome}}, when {{First article}} would likely be better as their first edit created what looks like an autobiography. I think it's a good idea to look at what a newby is actually doing before giving them a generic welcome. In this case I have replaced your template with the 'First article' welcome template, in order to help that editor. Please consider this. You have welcomed several dozen users via Twinkle with the {{First article}} template which says that "one or more of the pages you created may not conform to some of Wikipedia's guidelines, and may not be retained" without providing any detail. For all I can tell you didn't add a comment of your own and didn't tag any of those editors' articles with maintenance tags, giving the editors you welcomed no idea of why their articles would be considered problematic. In fact, I believe you didn't even use Twinkle's "name the article" functionality. For quite a few of those editors' articles I don't see any issues severe enough to warrant deletion, and being greeted in that way may well discourage new editors. Please either provide more feedback on why you think those editors' pages might be deleted and how they could be improved, or switch to a more neutral welcoming template instead of one meant for problem users. Hi, Masum Ibn Musa. Earlier this year you added some upazila articles, such as Amtali Upazila, to Category:Upazilas of Barisal Division and to Category:Upazilas of Bangladesh. Although Amtali Upazila is unquestionably an upzila, in Barisal Division, and in Bangladesh, I believe it is a mistake to include upazila articles directly in those categories. As explained in WP:SUBCAT and Wikipedia:WikiProject Bangladesh#Don't over-categorize, the category hierarchy already expresses that every member of Category:Upazilas of Barguna District is an article about Upazilas of Barisal Division, and Upazilas of Bangladesh. The guideline in these circumstances is to place the article only in the most specific category that applies, in this case Upazilas of Barguna District.
If, after reviewing the guidelines, you still think upazila articles should be placed directly in the division-level and country-level categories, then we can seek a broader consensus, perhaps through the WikiProject. Otherwise I plan to remove those articles that are members of categories Upazilas of such-and-such Division and of Upazilas of Bangladesh from those categories.
