Incomplete DYK nominationHello! Your submission of Template:Did you know nominations/African American scientists and technicians on the Manhattan Project at the Did You Know nominations page is not complete; if you would like to continue, please link the nomination to the nominations page as described in step 3 of the nomination procedure. If you do not want to continue with the nomination, tag the nomination page with {{db-g7}}, or ask a DYK admin. Thank you. DYKHousekeepingBot (talk) 01:38, 23 March 2021 (UTC) Photo requestHi Mary, I have a time-sensitive photo request that I was wondering if you could pass on to other Philadelphia-area editors. The owner of the Spring Garden Street station building is planning to demolish it despite the efforts of preservation groups. They filed permits today, meaning it may have just weeks left unless there is governmental intervention. Commons only has a single photo of the station; if someone is able to get more, I would be endlessly appreciative. Thanks, Pi.1415926535 (talk) 22:28, 23 March 2021 (UTC)

DYK for African-American scientists and technicians on the Manhattan ProjectOn 7 April 2021, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article African-American scientists and technicians on the Manhattan Project, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that the most senior of the African-American scientists and technicians on the Manhattan Project, William Knox, supervised the otherwise-white staff of the Corrosion Section at Columbia University? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/African American scientists and technicians on the Manhattan Project. You are welcome to check how many pageviews the nominated article or articles got while on the front page (here's how, African-American scientists and technicians on the Manhattan Project), and if they received a combined total of at least 416.7 views per hour (ie, 5,000 views in 12 hours or 10,000 in 24), the hook may be added to the statistics page. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page. —valereee (talk) 00:03, 7 April 2021 (UTC) Flying Arts SchoolThank you, Mary. I just had an email from Wikipedia. Where can I read what you have written about FAS?--Enoneo (talk) 04:15, 8 April 2021 (UTC)
Flying Arts SchoolIt was so interesting, your page on the Australian Flying Arts School. Thank you. When Wikipedia researchers were bringing my own page up-to-date, the reference that I had attended and exhibited with the FAS just knocked me out - "how could they know that?" I wondered. Now, you have honoured Mervyn Moriarty - an honour richly deserved. Can't keep the smile off my face.--Enoneo (talk) 23:31, 10 April 2021 (UTC) This Month in GLAM: March 2021

Fixed your talk page archivingHi! I took the liberty of fixing the auto-archiving settings at the top of this page. I've also removed the archiving configuration from your /sandbox page, to prevent it from showing up in Category:Pages where archive parameter is not a subpage. --rchard2scout (talk) 09:30, 27 May 2021 (UTC)

I am working on a project to make sure that women scientists who worked on the Manhattan Project are well represented on Wikipedia, and I came across your uploads from June of 2020. Could you possibly direct me to where the September 1949 issue of Ebony might be available? I have looked through the Science History Institute's online archives with no luck. Thanks in advance for any help you can give me! Dont trap anna (talk) 21:23, 7 June 2021 (UTC)

A new article on a living Irish scientistHello Mary, I am writing to ask your advice and possibly assistance. I want to create a new article about a living person. He is Professor John Nolan from the Waterford Institute of Technology in Ireland. He is a colleague of Aron Barbey and I saw that you did quite a bit of editing on the wikipedia page for him. I've only created three Wikipedia articles. When I spoke with Professor Nolan today and suggested he look at Prof. Barbey's page to get an idea of the type of content required. He asked me who put that page together and I found your name. He then asked whether you might help create article for him? Or perhaps mentor me in creating it? If you are able to help then perhaps we could schedule a video call to discuss this? Prof Nolan is in Ireland and I am in Oxford, England. best regards Tom Tomp-uk (talk) 16:58, 16 November 2021 (UTC)
Thank you Mary. I will start something and then get back to you. Kind regards. Tom Tomp-uk (talk) 10:25, 25 November 2021 (UTC) ArbCom 2021 Elections voter messageDecember 2021 at Women in Red
