Hi, I am sorry I only noticed this post [1] a moment ago while I was archiving. I was away for a couple of weeks and didn't check my talk comprehensively it seems when I got back. I am not an expert on the issue but I will take a look at it - although I don't know what kind of an atmosphere reigns in Turkish wiki :) So how come you speak Turkish? Ah, ok it was changed then.. I would have thought that it would have been pretty obvious even in TR wiki, and was kind of surprised when I read your post - thus my comment above about the Turkish wiki :) Even though I am not an expert, I know the background of the story :) As for the tr flag, no particular point, it was because I couldn't see Turkey as a place where you have lived or been to in your user page, and it is pretty rare for someone to know a language when they haven't been to that country. Just curious, that's all :) But you do have a point about Azeri I suppose. Again, I am sorry for getting back this late - I was perusing the posts one last time before archiving..

Btw, I just ran into the ArbCom case two days ago.. I knew that there was some bad stuff going on (from all those reverts popping up on my watchlist :)), but had no idea that it had gotten so bad. In fact, it is the general systemic bias which condemns articles from all of Eastern Med and Caucasia to oblivion among the general public.. Except Israel-palestine and Iraq issues (lately), there are rarely any impartial editors who stick their hands in.. I would have tried to come in and help cool it a bit, but I am also not an expert nor a native therefore I might not have been quite helpful. I hope that it has gotten better lately.. Rmvl of AG reference

Such a blatant removal - of not even shortening but just cutting - is not acceptable. You guys tell me what you find so problematic with it, ignoring length since Kemal is the only reason you guys hold those lands, but this is otherwise suppression of sources and info. You don't even bother trying to edit the information and instead opt for a complete removal of the passage. My message on the talk page has been there for days and no one has yet to respond. 1) You see Ataturk attacking Armenia, Turks see Turkish revolutionaries as a whole. 2) It is Kazim Karabekir that was facing ADR not ATATURK (as it is referred in your text for war activities). 3) Ataturk had never (not once) visited the battle zone. 4) The war between ADR and Turksih revolutinaries needs to be extended and you personally need to prove that genocide is performed to claim such ... (there is no word to it) 4) If it Turkish-Armenian War is a GENOCIDE; than you should develop it under ARMENIAN GENOCIDE not at this page (but you have no sincerity in this issue to take it under where it belongs) . If you are "serious" about including Turkish-Armenian War as a part of Armenian genocide; I would be glad to verify your sources. The genocide is a very serious concept. If you are serious, and not "joking"; I would glad to give my time to find the credibility of what is not yet presented information about these events of yours. That information had to be occurred between 1920-1921 (from battle of Oltu to Treaty of Alexandropol). Ataturk stayed in the Ankara during this time, so there has to be a paperwork trail which should link him to these events of yours. Also I appreciate if you tell me where you are going to develop this concept. My personal choice is under Armenian Genocide. Otherwise I'm proposing you to be "serious" and remove these claims. I had added "in the Ottoman Empire" - so what was the problem? I am sorry, but it is not just about "belief that it didn't occur", you know this and is a distortion. I am sure there are those who think that way, however there are also those who think that the events wouldn't be considered as state-organized genocide. That version gives a clearer version of this, and you know that as well. I am sorry, but it seems to be POV-pushing. Atypically / atypical

Hi, I changed 'unusual' into 'atypically', because an adverb is gramatically required at that spot and 'unusually' has different connotations. Later, you changed 'atypically' into 'atypical' thus making it an adjective again; and I just changed it back (before having checked the history, sorry; should've done that first).

You wrote in your summary that 'atypically' sounds awkward. I suppose that you feel the same about any adverb, like 'unconventionally' and so on. I suppose that more editors feel that way; after all, there was an adjective there in the first place. Should we maybe rephrase it follows?

"He did not immediately join the Communist Party after the consolidation of the revolution, becoming a member only in 1941, which is atypical for a Soviet military officer."

In this construction, an adjective is required, and I hope we can both agree that it is not awkward.

Hi, I've only been speaking English for several years but have a fairly well understanding and grasp of its grammar. I suppose in that section I was thinking more of how it sounded in the sentence rather than the grammatical rules that dictate the subject-verb agreements and so on. Request reason:

Being banned for reverting a user who constantly deleted sourced statements and disrupted the integrity of the article is nonsensical. The user was an obvious sockpuppet who went on to disrupt 3 other articles (Nagorno-Karabakh, Monte Melkonian and Hasan Jalalyan) and yet it is I who must be punished for reverting his disruptions? He had no less than 3 other socks and I was defending the article's integrity which only makes sense. What was the basis of removing the sources from the article? There was no need to engage in a discussion with someone whose only objective was in engaging in edit wars and baiting users to be blocked for 3RR. I was not the only one who was engaged in reverting his versions as others were equally as adamant in removing his edits which were conducted in bad faith.

On an additional note, Drastamat has subverted the block you guys imposed on him with puppets that have went full speed in making the same exact reversions on the House of Hasan-Jalalyan page and Monte Melkonian with user names Hachiktoumanyan and Dondurma. We have been dealing with a sock puppet from the beginning, someone who should have been banned from the onset and yet is making a mockery of the system by flaunting its own restrictions.
