New Page Reviewer newsletter June 2020Hello MarcGarver,
NPP Sorting can be a great way to find pages needing new page patrolling that match your strengths and interests. Using ORES, it divides articles into topics such as Literature or Chemistry and on Geography. Take a look and see if you can find time to patrol a couple pages a day. With over 10,000 pages in the queue, the highest it's been since ACPERM, your help could really make a difference.
In late February, Google added 5 new languages to Google Translate: Kinyarwanda, Odia (Oriya), Tatar, Turkmen and Uyghur. This expands our ability to find and evaluate sources in those languages.

Intercollege and University of NicosiaThank you for your message QuiteUnusual. It is not my intention to add promotional material, only informational. I work for the University of Nicosia and we are affiliated with Intercollege. They are two separate entities since 2007 and I am trying to make the information on Wikipedia more accurate. These two entities should in fact have separate articles, dedicated to each, and make reference in both articles that the branch-off happened in 2007. Can we at least start by separating the two articles? At the moment that is the most important thing in terms of accuracy. Intercollege should not redirect to University of Nicosia as they are in fact separate entities. Kitsios.a (talk) 17:13, 26 October 2020 (UTC) Alessandro SetteThanks for helping to improve Alessandro Sette. I don't know whether this is an article now in your watchlist or just a one time handling of a particular issue, but could I bring your attention to this discussion: User_talk:AleatoryPonderings#Alessandro_Sette. I'm leaning toward not blowing the whole thing away as a copyright violation but there still is some text that may have been copied from his bio neeting removal or rewriting. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Sphilbrick (talk • contribs) 13:49, 29 October 2020 (UTC)

Hey there. As part of the project meta:Wikipedia for Peace/Climate Justice 2020 a participant has created the article Nina Gualinga and you have flagged it with some labels. Could you please give some more detailed feedback what you mean by POV and what viewpoints are missing on the talk page of the article, so they can improve? Thank you. --Shikeishu (talk) 13:37, 11 November 2020 (UTC) Disambiguation link notification for November 12Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited MS Norman Atlantic, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Albanian. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.) It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 06:09, 12 November 2020 (UTC) Autopatrol grantedHi QuiteUnusual, I just wanted to let you know that I have added the "autopatrolled" permission to your account, as you have created numerous, valid articles. This feature will have no effect on your editing, and is simply intended to reduce the workload on new page patrollers. For more information on the autopatrolled right, see Wikipedia:Autopatrolled. However, you should consider adding relevant wikiproject talk-page templates, stub-tags and categories to new articles that you create if you aren't already in the habit of doing so, since your articles will no longer be systematically checked by other editors (User:Evad37/rater and User:SD0001/StubSorter.js are useful scripts which can help). Feel free to leave me a message if you have any questions. Happy editing! TheSandDoctor Talk 19:31, 15 November 2020 (UTC) Precious anniversary
