Well, the copyright violation message you received was only because of the text and not images. Coming to images, we may have thousands of images relating to an article, but that does not mean that we have to include each and every single image that is available. You added too many images which were more or less similar. Please see some featured articles like Mysore, India, Karnataka, etc to know how to choose a good and appropriate image. — Abhishek  Talk 17:37, 24 June 2012 (UTC)

I have some questions here (1) Being a diatom researcher, I cannot write any thing about diatom or cite my own paper, right ? (2) There is no body worked on diatoms of Western Ghats, so what to cite? Article about Radha Thomas

I am currently working on the Wiki page for Ms Radha Thomas. She is an Indian jazz singer and songwriter. In fact, she is known as a diva in the Indian jazz scene. She previously was with the band Human Bondage and has sung and performed globally. The article is still under development. I haven't completed it or submitted it for review yet. List of Airports in India

Hi Abhishek,

I was in the process of correcting the list of Airports in India and found that you have reversed my corrections. The correction was based on the actual information as provided in the AAI website and also in media reports from rediff.com. The current information is not correct in entirety and the Role columns is having mixed and incorrect information. Sample: There are Airports that are Civil Enclaves and also International/ Domestic these are different information and cannot be clubbed under one column, Role.

If you have a better plan of correcting it, fine. Else, kindly reverse your reversal.

Indian Airlines and Bombay

The two Indian Airlines crashes that took place in 1976 and 1979, were flights into Bombay. I know Bombay is called Mumbai now but at the time of those crashes it was Bombay.

For aviation articles, we go by the name it was called at the time. Crashes in the 1950s with destination or origin Idlewild are called Idlewild not JFK which didn't become the new name of Idlewild till the mid 1960's. Closer to your home, crashes that originated or had the destination New Delhi, are called Palam International not Indira Gandhi till the airport was renamed.

FYI, I just did two articles on Indian Airlines accidents. Indian Airlines Flight 171 and Indian Airlines Flight 440. Both were crashes in the 1970's. The 440 article is written over a redirect which before that was about a non-fatal Indian Airlines incident from about 20 years ago that was also Flight 440.

But let me tell you that it has got an international terminal since 2011. so now it is no good to call it a domestic airport. Having an international terminal does not make an airport international. Raja Bhoj does not even have a single international flight. An airport could have international flights, but still not be international, it could be a customs airport instead. Shatabdi Edits

Look Abhishek, travelling by train & photographing them is a passion for me. The trainboard show the various boards that are used on the Shatabdi Express. For example, the Banglore Shatabdi has its board written in 4 languages, the Ahmedabad Shatabdi 2. Electronic boards are slowly coming in.

If you recall, Indian Railways ran a special Shatabdi between New Delhi & Agra during the commonwealth games,the coaches used were what i posted. They were then used on the Dehradun Shatabdi Express, now they do not exist as the Dehradun Shatabdi has reverted back to conventional LHB coaches.I have show cased something historic i would say.

Unless there is factually incorrect information & something justifiably wrong with a article,it should not be edited. Shatabdi photos on Shatabdi's page can hardly be considered irrelevant. As to the number of photo's what has that got to do with anything other than the more the merrier. Otherwise it could be argued that coach interior photos are also irrelevant. Regarding Coimbatore airport title

As far we all know that Government of India has approved the Airport of coimbatore as INTERNATIONAL, Thats y we have tried to change the title, there is no vandalism in this part. But as per ICAO it is not recognised (as you mentioned), but in the mean time all the other AIRPORTS which got Recognised at the same time namely (Trichy) is given the title in wikipedia as Tiruchirapalli international airport,then why coimbatore airport has been left out? As well do check out the following link from wiki...

Shatabdi Edits

The Banglore Shatabdi board is different because it is written in 4 different languages. I still dont get your objection to my images. What relevance do the other images .i.e. the interiors of the trains have which you have left untouched have? Let the images be, it is a article of Shatabdi Express with Shatabdi images. It is not a question of glorification but of showing everyone various photos of various trains. Unless there is something factually wrong, just leave it alone. It is doing no harm or damage to anyone other than you for reasons which you know best. Request that you just leave it alone.

I am not interested in anyone even posting a comment about the photo's i have taken & other than you no one has a problem with it so there is something wrong with you & not me. There is no point in getting into a edit war so leave the images alone & lets see if anyone else other that you agrees with you. Unreasonable Edits

Abhoshek, you are removing images without good reason other than you 'think' they do not belong here but other than you NO ONE has a problem with it & now you are risking your deletions being labeled as vandalism. And why are you removing ONLY the images i have posted. You are talking about no one else disagreeing. That's because no one else seems to have taken a look at the article. You reinstate once more, and I'll report to an admin, you will be blocked from editing. Go through WP:BRD, WP:EW and WP:3RR. Image deletions

Abhishek, when have i ever attempted to self glorify. I have merely explained to you why i was so passionate about the images i took & the effort i have put in so that i could convince you to let them be. Shatabdi Images on Shatabdi pages, Janshatabdi on Janshatabdi's is hardly irrelevant.

I will try to upload them on some of the site's you suggested. Perhaps you can assist me in how to go about it. I am still asking you for a good reason other than your thoughts which you are entitled to why you feel the images don't belong there.

On another note, i am more of a Boeing than an Airbus fan. The initial reports on Air France AF 447's crash suggest that a Boeing design of the steering column & auto throttle system could have prevented it. What do you feel?

August Kranti edits

Abhishek, i have time & again tried to reason with you but you just seem to have a problem with me & not the images. The image you have re-instated is wrong. I f you look closely the image is of Mumbai Rajdhani not August Kranti. The train number indicator board on the platform clearly shows the number 2951 which is the number of Mumbai Rajdhani not August Kranti.

I would like you to re-consider your recent edit for the following factual reasons : 1. The train's name board clearly shows Rajdhani Express. 2. There is a train number indicator board on the platform which clearly shows 2951 which is the train number for Mumbai Rajdhani.

Hi Abhishek191288, hope all is well with you. A few days ago, I undid User:Superfast1111's edits to the Rajdhani, Shatabdi and Janshatabdi articles. He left me a message on my talk page saying The More The Merrier and in his recent edit summary says He "Images added to enhance the page & share with other veiwers." From what I see he is pushing his own images. I have politely declined undoing my edit. Undoing of edits

If i dont own any articles neither do you. You have repeatedly refused to listen to reason even after i have explained the FACTS, unlike you with your feelings but facts. What problems do you have with Mumbai's suburban rail articles. Do you live here or do you travel extensively by it?
